Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Price on jacket reduced 20% in a matter of hours and unlike reputable retailers they refuse to refund price difference.
No response to customer service email
Service center says " don't bother talking to a supervisor they won't do anything either"
Beyond sleazy they bank on the fact that people who purchase online late Sunday won't be "price checking on Monday am"
Jos. A. Bank also agreed to pay $425,000 in civil penalties and $50,000 in costs to the State of New York.
Yes they are master of deceptive pricing

The only thing I could find on a suit equivalent to what you mention was back in 2004. From what it looks like it had to do with them advertising a "sale" just about every day of the year.
But what does that have to do with them not allowing you to price match 7 years later? Last time I looked there is no law that says a company MUST price match, and unless you have something from them that states that they do price match there is nothing misleading.
