Jose A Rosario Does NOT Pay Support-Owes Money-Got Lawsuit-Gave Rights up To Children WOLCOTT, Connecticut

Does not pay support for his children.  Has at least 6 children I know of in Connecticut alone.  He got a large lawsuit settlement and bought himself a house instead of giving his children even a penny of the money!  The moms struggle to provide and he walks free with a lot of money.  He lives in a multi-acre home in Wolcott with new wife and had more kids!  Signed his rights away to some other kids to prevent his support payments coming out of his settlement. 

Very bad person.  When you meet him people can not believe the real person they find later.  He is schizophrenic and was thrown out of the army in the 90s for being nuts.  He lies to women to get them in bed and take their money, then when they turn up pregnant he is gone.  He likes YOUNG girls mostly under 16 yrs old, gives them liquor and drugs (usually cocaine and ecstasy).  He has been with so many young girls and ruined their lives it's disgusting! 

His name is a common one but he is about 5'11" thin, always has a bald head, tan skin Dominican, and has a small accent when he talks.  Speaks both English and Spanish and is a mechanic on any type of machinery.  Claims to have heard his back in an accident but he lied to get a lawsuit and won. 

This is a case of a very bad man getting away with a lot of very bad things.  Karma will be around one day for him and I can not wait.  The poor kids and the young women are the ones left to suffer and it is just not right!
