We are not receiving the services that was promised in the contract provided by Just Dreams and are requesting a full refund from Just Dreams of $4245.00.

While on vacation in Hawaii, our first trip to the state, we ran across a company selling future vacations. My husband and I attended a 1.5 hour seminar and after much discussion we did decide to buy into the software license purchase, since we vacation 2 times a year. We purchased the service for $4245.00, which we though was a good deal for the product/service.

Since trying to use the service on several occasions i.e. St. Lucia, Orlando Florida, Myrtle Beach, SC and several cruise attempts it has been a nightmare. Customer service will not call you back even after 5 or 6 tries, you can't get services as outlined in the contract, and they continue to charge your credit card without permission, even if you tell them not to charge your credit card they still move forward charging (we have changed the number on our credit card and started ligation against the charges on our card) .

Since the start of December 2012 I have been in several conversations with Mike at the main office requesting a refund of $4245.00 for non services to the point of calling Just Dreams a scam and selling fraudulent services to consumers (Internet is full of proof). Mike has stated, yea big foot is real too. Mike also stated, write a letter to the po box and good luck getting your money back.

In the mean time, I have filed a complaint with the office of consumer protection and better business bureau of Hawaii as Hawaii is suppose to be a friendly state, fun for the whole family and after reading complaints on the internet about this company and the money Just Dreams is stealing from visiting consumers to have such a company in the united state is just beyond believe.

In my opinion, Hawaii needs to address such company scams that is giving Hawaii a US state a misrepresentation of such a beautiful place.

Also have an attorney reviewing the contract to find out if damages can be filed against Just Dreams. If anyone knows of a class action lawsuit please let me know as we would testify against Just Dreams and Mike to be able to coup our money.

I filled a report myself in November 2013 but have not heard from anyone yet. I am wondering if anyone hasreached out to a lawyer yet or know of anyone who has done so against this company.

 Please let me know if there are any class action suits against Just Dreams. I have been a member since July 2012. Since then I have NOT been able to use their services and have tried calling, emails, etc but to no use!! It is so frustrating. Since them we have gone on multiple trips WITHOUT utilizing Just dreams due to the fact that it is completely useless!! i tried cancelling my contract with them and stated that they can keep the money I have already paid, which is well over $1000 (since we pay monthly), I just want the monthly payments to stop. Well, they stated the only way I can cancel is if I paid them the full $4500 and then they will cancel my contract. WHAT?!? I have never heard of that! What they offered is complete lies AND they don't want you to have your cell phones on because when they tell you the name of the company they DO NOT want us to google and read what the public is saying about their company. That is why your cell phone remains off until you leave the building and until you sign the contract, pay the downpayment which you cannot take back if you should cancel within that 24hrs. AND you cannot even check the website for another 2 weeks because that is how long it takes to get your password. Why is HAWAII allowing this to happen in their state and letting their tourist be victims of this SCAM! I never thought business's were allowed to operate like this and so we bought into it. If half of the things they said were true, then atleast I would be a little happy. BUT absolutely nothing they says is true. It's not easy, you cannot plan anything! You have to look into their website find the best deal and pay for it asap before someone grabs it and then hope and pray you are allowed to take those days off. It is not worth $1000 much less $4500 - $10000!! Hawaii, please protect your consumers!!! No matter how naive we may seem, this type of business should NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE!
