THIS BUSINESS IS VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WHO DEALS IN LYING & DECEPTIVE PRACTICES!!! I BECOME SICK UNEXPECTEDLY & WAS HOSPITALIZED FOR A WHILE. THEY TOLD A FAMILY MEMBER TO PAY "WHAT YOU CAN" INSTEAD OF THEM PAYING THE ACTUAL INSTALLMENT AMOUNTS THAT I WAS PAYING BEFORE I BECAME SICK. AFTER I WAS WELL ENOUGH TO RESUME PAYMENTS THEY TOLD ME I WAS "VERY BEHIND" IN PAYMENTS---WTF---THEY KNEW I WAS HOSPITALIZED BUT CONTINUED TO TAKE LESS THEN WHAT WAS OWED & EVEN SKIPPED PAYMENTS!!!
WE THEN VERBALLY AGREED TO PAY "WHAT I COULD" UNTIL I GOT BACK ON MY FEET, BUT WHEN I WENT TO PAY THIS VERBALLY AGREED UPON ARRANGEMENT THEY TOOK MY CAR KEYS & PROCEEDED TO TEST DRIVE THE CAR & TOLD ME TO GET A LOAN TO PAY OFF THE CAR BECAUSE WHAT THEY VERBALLY STATED PREVIOUSLY WOULD "TAKE TOO LONG" TO PAY OFF?? THEY SAY THEY CAN DO THIS & THAT BUT SMILE IN YOUR FACE AS THEY STAB YOU IN THE BACK WHEN YOUR NOT LOOKING OR EXPECT IT!! THEY ARE LYING ROBBERS WHO TAKE PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY!! THE OWNER EVEN EXPLAINED HE COULDN'T AFFORD TO LOSE BUSINESS BECAUSE IT WAS COSTING HIM OVER $100K TO PAY BACK THE BANK. SO WHY WOULD THIS BUSINESS "NOT" WANT TO WORK WITH PEOPLE WHO ARE WILLNG TO PAY THEM?? CAN WE SAY G-R-E-E-D!!!
I WOULDN'T ADVISE ANYONE TO GO THERE TO PURCHASE A FLAT TIRE UNLESS YOU LIKE GETTING ROBBED!!
THEIR CARS ARE CRAP!!! HOW DO YOU CONSTANTLY FIX THE CAR MULTIPLE TIMES WHEN THE SAME PROBLEM KEPT ARISING OVER & OVER? THE INSIDE MIGHT LOOK NICE BUT THE ENGINE ISN'T WORTH THE CRAP ON THE BOTTOM OF YOUR SHOE!! IT'S EVIDENT THIS BUSINESS WILL NOT BE IN PRACTICE TOO LONG BY KILLING THEIR CUSTOMER BASE AND CUSTOMER LOYALTY.... THEY WILL GET WHAT THEY DESERVE IN DUE TIME!!!

Are you really saying there was money to pay all payments in full and on time, but THEY chose not to do this? You're kidding right?
Did your contract say you could pay back what you could when you could? Not likely either.
