KEITH LORING STUART / NATIONWIDE POOLS This man ripped me 17,000 off Pompano Beach Florida

 on february 14th, i signed a contract with nationwide pools inc. keith loring in person came to my house and lied to me. i gave keith(nation wide pools) 17,000 dollars. keith told me that he had a big shipment of materials ,and he needed the money upfront in order to hold all the materials for the deck, interior finish, and the screen. days passed and i didn't see anyone from the company coming and starting the pool. i called them, but all what i heard was "we are going next week". i continued to call them but nothing. finally one day they came and started digging in my backyard. after the digging again they stopped coming. i called brian no answers. i called the pompano beach office and i spoke with the most umprofessional person in the world. her name is thelma.also i spoke to thomas, but i just got "next week, we working hard to make this posible". after all my intents to get something done or collet my money back, i decided to file a complaint with the florida department of business professional regulation, and i filed a complant. today i finally after two monyh of calling; i talked to brian, keith loring supervisor. he told me that he was very sorry, but he was hands tied. also he told me that he knew keith was robbing me, but he couldn't say anything. he told me he wants to cooperate. i want to know if i can get some of my money back, or at least how to put this keith loring stuart in jail?

It is January 28,2014. I lost my money, and I still don't know what happened with Keith Loring. How is it possible that he was stealing money from people from 2008 to 2013 and he had a license in Florida. We lost our money because somebody was not doing his job well. How can we get our money back,please? I'm a father of two children and I work for my money.

If you know more than I  do, please let me know. I understood from the attorney office that we are nor entitle to get any money back by Florida's law. So, how a person can be license for something when that person has so many complains. Idon't understand. Am I the only one that have to loose?

 I would be more than happy to get together and do something against Keith Loring Stuart. Let me know what to do, or please give me a phone number where I can contact you. I live in Cape Coral, and this man took 17000 dollars from me. He never intended to finish the pool. He just wanted my money.
