Lincolnshire apartments, who for this week is managed by KMG Prestige, accepted our bid to plow snow for there government assisted housing project last winter. We began to service this community every time it snowed. By February they had not paid us a single payment claiming to not know why or pass the buck on someone else but assured us we would be paid all the while knowing that they were going into receivership and would not be paying for the tons and tons of salt and labor of our snow removal. KMG is very unprofessional, they do not return call or email and try to pass the buck on to someone else. We are filing a law suit againts KMG and the property manager of Lincolnshire apartments for fraudulently keeping information from us in order to keep the community clear of snow. We are also reporting them to the federal government because of their HUD status. we did receive some payment which were obviously ment to keep us out there but all in all weare out over $7400 .
