My Father RIP Jerry Penney passed away during the year 2011 in the state of NV , I am his only son with the loss of my father also came the loss of my inheritance during the years of 2007 to 2008 he mainted a brokerage account in with a young stock broker in new york affiliated with firms Joseph Stevens and National Securities . My father was heavily pressured to make speculative investments unsutable for his age . Broker Kevin Sprinstead AKA Kevin Francis convinced my elderly farther to make the decision to hand over his retirement account to the amount of 800,000 that my father worked hard and saved for years to one day pass on to his children and grandchildren .
Broker Kevin Springstead managed to put my father in mostly Stocks with little to no value , and desinagraded all of my fathers hard work and dreams to less then 80,000 in a year or so . In 2009 after having legal advise lawyers took action against both firms that employed Kevin Springstead and Mr Springstead himself. A judgment was reached to cover a measily amount of 90,000 from the firms and make So-called Stock broker Kevin Springstead liable for 40,000 personally . With my father dying destitute it seems that Mr Springstead has got away with paying his finra imposed judgment .
Not the case he has made no effort to make any payments and any outstanding judgments will be prorated to my fathers estate and will pay for the damage he has done finacially and morally to our family . We will contact the lawyers and find Mr Kevin Springstead and since he has not attempted to pay the restitution settled against him by finra once our legal team locates his place of employment and notify once the judgment has been prorated to his will it hopefully serve some justice . This broker has no soul and is working on borrowed time . Until that time if you value your money DO NOT INVEST with this completly incompatant poor excuse for a professional
