Linda Duggan is used by the courts in Kaufman county Texas which is not good for anyone and is quite surprising. Why is Linda Duggan referred and appointed by the Kaufman courts????? This is sick and should not be. Linda Duggan has a bad reputation and it just stands to reason. After being around her for some years now, I must say that these things that are coming out or not only outrageous but they are also accurate. Enough damage has been done and it is my seasoned adviced, after observing the actions of Linda Duggan, that she be disqualified from being recognized as a counselor by the State board. If the State board doesn't remove her status, it is not doing its job and betraying the tax payers who pay them to do what is correct and good for the people of the State of Texas.

Linda Duggan's day is coming. She has hurt a lot of people. There are so many broken families as a result of her taking bribes. The walls are beginning to cave in on Linda Duggan and she's going to have to answer the people whose lives she has harmed and children who have been taken from their parents. Linda Duggan needs to be taken out of counseling. there are so many people who she has hurt. doesn't she need to get her own problems in order. I looked on the dallas city website and saw her 3 dui's. this is crazy. What is she doing being put in control of other people's and family's futures when she is a drunk herself??????

I have been out drinking with Linda Duggan and heard her say that she let's people grease her palms. in other words she takes money to do favors for people. Isn't that called bribery?
