Landmark Credit Repair Misleading Evasive Unresponsive Condescending Ripoff Unprofessional Tyler Texas

I paid Landmark Credit Repair Services over a thousand dollars, spread over a one year period to repair my credit score. They have removed only a few items resulting in almost no change in my credit score. After many phone calls in which they told me to give the process more time, nothing changed in my score. My requests to speak to the owner were ignored.

This company is very unprofessional, and I believe that they are taking advantage of desperate people in a bad economy. I finally stopped paying them. Landmark's ads say that you can speak directly to Bradley Young, the owner of the company but this is just marketing. In truth you cannot or at least I was not allowed to. I was told that I would receive a phone call from Bradley Young.

That call never came through on my phone and/or my answering service. This company is a ripoff! They avoided every question that I asked and would never give direct or complete answers. In the end Landmark Credit did nothing to help me and it appears, lied to me throughtout the process while taking my money!

This is the first and only time that I have agreed to an automatic monthly checking account withdrawal to take place to pay for a service. My hope is that I can save many others from falling prey to this company and their questionable business practices.
