heres a deal breaker with landstar broker named sam fallon, made a transportation deal with sam, and 60 days after unloading the truck (still not paid 2400.00) he sends a new rate @ 2200.00 ,, the guy is a thief and he is guilty of BREACH OF CONTRACT.. Landstar would further thereselfs by offing sam and his lies and deciept

I deal with Sam every day and never had any issues with payment.....always uptodate with his payments. I have done tonnes of loads with Sam and had some delays in delivering and missed some pick up appointments and Sam has been always reasonable. Please don't discredit people.

I have used Sam many times. I was a Landstar O/O for 3 years and i am now a approved carrier with landstar. I have never had any trouble getting payed what was on my confirmation. If you have a signed confirmation and you had no fines for various reasons that are stated on most confirmations you should have no trouble getting the remainder of your money. By the way, I use the 2 day pay option get my money minus the 1.5% fee on time every time. The fuel and other discounts more than make up for the 1.5% loss.
