Law Firm of Johnny A.Best??(California) Julian Marshall..& some guy named Brian,stating that their Investigators. I recv'd (2) calls on Nov.7,2012@9:20a.m. & 9:22a.m.,from Ph#(916)546-8662,California. Also received a call on Oct.19,2012..fr Callef & accusef me of Lian Fraud & threatened to hv me arrested. ?, California

On (2) seperate occassions in Oct.&Nov.@2012,I received threatning Phonecalls & Voicemail Msgs,stating that I FRAUDED a PayDay Loan Company,& t has dhat there is a Current Lawsuit against my Social Security#. The Oct. Phcall,said that I took out a Loan & the Loan Company said they couldn't retrieve Payment from my Bank account..in which,in addition to the Loan,there were added Bank return Fees added on. I panicked..& was in Tears. Especially when hemount..now there were Bank return Fees add to the Loan amount,in which almost doubled the amount. I first was told that the PayDay Loa n C ompany wasn't willing to negoiate a Settlement..then the Man FAKED like he was speaking to his Supervisor & said I wo have to Pay the FULL amount owed..plus the Bank Fees..& if I proceeded to ask Me how much I could Pay. I couldn't understand it. I'll have to admit..I got PRETTY scared...& HE even threatened Me,that if did not Pay anything that same day & pay the remainder amount the following week..that the Sheriffs would be at my Home within a hour that same day,to isue me a Sepoena & a Warrant for my arrest. I've neevr been to JAIL in my entire Life!! He said that He hoped I had a good attorney becuz going to do 6 months in Jail and would have to pay Lawyer & Court Fees,& be fined $9000.00. At the time,I didn't know it was a SCAM..becuz I did take out a Day Loan with a New Company..but a Payment wasn't due until the following month. He then told me thtrat had to go to CVS,Walgreens,etc.,& Purchase a "Green Dot" card or go to Western Union & send the money..so it couldn't be traced. Then he the proceeded to talk Nasty & Loud to Me..& hung the phone up on Me. I tried calling back, but he refused to answer the phone. I then called my bank & nothing had been drawn out by the PayDay Company. It was a SCAM. I then contacted Social Security concerning my number & they told me to contact all 3 Credit Bureaus & FLAG my accounts. Then call the FTC-Federal Trade Commission. I received another Phonecall today,from California(No Address).& a Man,stating his name was Julian Marshall & he left Me a message stating the same Issue again..& that I was being charged with a Lawsuit from the Legal Office of Johnny A.Best...saying that I was going to Jail. He also said that since I refused to call him back..that m y case would be downlisded tomirrow at 11a.m.,to the local State Office...in which I would be getting arrested tomorrow by Police Officers..then said "God Bless U". He and the Man from My 1st story..both had HEAVY accents. The guy Brian..sounded like a average American person. I called the Ph# back..and a Guy just says "Hello". So I asked Why they keep calling me. This guy asked 4 my name..but I didn't tell him. I asked his name and he said Brian. I said Brian from where. He said from the Law Office of Johnny A. Best. I told him what law firm answers the phone without a Company greeting?..and just says Hello?? He got SMART with me..& told me not to call that ph# anymore...& he hung up on me. I called back..& just got the "Voiceless" Voicemail. He wouldn't answer. I'm in the process of clioing out my Bank account...for my Protection..becuz also..I endured (2) PayDay Companies..that I never borrowed any $$ from..withdrew $30 each ,out of my Bank account without authorization. I called my Bank & they gave me the names & ph#'s to these Companies. They tried to say that they were 4 Application Fees. I said why am I being charged application fees..when I never borrowed any Money from U..& never heard of U. I threatenenrd to contact yhe Better Bususiness Bureau..& the FTC if my money wasn't refunded. They tried to give me a $100 Gas card. I told them NO! Return my money..so I'm still waiting for my refund or I'll have to take action against them also. These PayDay Loan SCAMS sre terrible..& the Crazy thing is that..the the PayDay Loan Companies that you're getting threatening phonecalls about..aren't even the exact company that gave the Loan in the 1st place. BEWARE of these PayDay Loan Websites. Becuz some of them pass your Information on to Hundreds & Hundreds of other PayDay Loan Companies & next thing U know..you'll be in here @RipOff.. Sharing your I HOPE THEY CATCH THESE CROOKED..LOW DOWN SCAM B**TARDS!"
