Legacy Holding Group They too pur money to modify our mortgage but never did and refuse contact with us Chandler, Arizona

 We hired Legacy Holding Group to do a mortgage modification per our Bank and Attorney's request. We paid $3460.00 on March 25, 2011 in an up front fee. Before paying we received calls everyday selling us on their ability to help. After payment it took weeks to get a call from them. We received a few emails, that I saved, but when we called the phone numbers enclosed, there was never an answer. Two months went by and we finally received a call from them stating because we had an Attorney they could not get involved. We informed them to contact our Attorney. They never did. We tried to call them back many times but never an answer. Our Attorney sent them a legal letter that went unanswered. We still have the canceled check they signed for and thier home address, so we are hoping through our legal system we can find them and justice will prevail.
