This company claims to be working with various banks who have a corporation willing to buy your time share. Do not believe them. In my case, Leisure Resort Specialist took $3397 of money granted through a court order and claimed the escrow officer Estela Bernal who claimed to be working for Bancomer needed me to wire her this money for the SAT taxes for the sale of my Rain tree Time Share. I wired 3-14-2011 and no return phone calls until 3-29-2011 whereby a Mike claimed he would send me proof that Estela paid the government taxes. Mike never did. Estela ws supposeofly working for Bancomer. I called Bancomer and the bank does not know Estela or Manuel Valverde the employee who signed the Bancomer letter head confirming the buyer information. Neither Estela or Gary Sharp or Mike have no fear of stealing money. Mike laughed at me when I told him that my father worked for the DA's office and that I will prosecute and sue both he and Gary. He has no fear and just laughed. He won't be laughing if enough of us contact our Attorney General's which I am doing on Monday and filing complaint with DRE. Run if they call you for your time share. I hope I can save someone from the hardship. They prey. Keep safe.

Please refer to my report of 4/18/11 regarding a scam by this company who wanted to rent weeks from me. I wrote under the name of juan from Duluth, MN. I hope to find enough victims to be able to get the FBI (who I am registered with) and/or the Federal Trade Commission to begin some kind of action against all these scammers.

If you are a victim of Leisure Resort Specialist, please do your part to get these people thrown in JAIL. A case is now opended with FBI, go to your local FBI office and file a report on Estela Bernal and Leisure Resort Sepcialist, be sure to mention money is getting wired to Bancomer and Estela is posing as agent for Bancomer; report incident to Bancomer- go to preferred customer tab to speak with someone in English and report to Mexican Police. This group thinks they are so smart but actually pretty ignorant. Cannot wait to see them rot in Jail

I believe Leisure Resort Specialist is working out of the country USA and using phone #'s associated with areas of USA. The 2258 Fillmore St #230 San Francisco CA Address does not exist
According to San Francisco District Attorney Investigation Unit.
My legal team contacted SAT Mexican government attorney and SAT attorney informed us that prepaid taxes are not allowed. Taxes are paid at closing and also advised anyone hurt by scam to report supposed escrow officer Estela Bernal who supposeofly works for Bancomer - report her to Mexican Police and also Bancomer. You want to click on the PERFERRED CUSTOMER on their web site to get the English speaking employees.

Made contact with SAT Mexican Government taxing agency and spoke with SAT agency attorney;
attorney stated that taxes DO NOT need to be paid ahead of time. Taxes are paid at close of escrow and Estela Bernal supposed escrow officer for Bancomer is committing fraud by directing Time Share owners to wire her funds on behalf of Bancomer to pay taxes to SAT Mexican taxing agency. Bancomer is investigating. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GROUP CROOKS.....I hope they like making license plates as a new business and same goes for Estela Bernal in Mexico the accomplice.
