Search TipsRarely will a non profit show financials as they pocket any money they make. This company is no different except that they make almost nothing. Lerer just got picked up by the former CEO of Blue Frog, that he helmed when they went bankrupt in 2008. Now he is flipping his Rolodex to get the Lerer type companies into a pump and dump pink sheet company called Mindpix Corp( symbol is MPIX). MPIX was the former EMAX Holdings( pink sheet symbol of EMXC) that moved millions of dollars of worthless paper for nine years before the securities regulators closed them down.

Lerer Media has NEVER received $300k from anyone much less had a meeting with anyone interested regarding investing $300k in Lerer Media. We should be so lucky!
If have done business with a person that has impersonated me feel free to contact me at 305-918-2570 or via email so that you can provide me with documentation and I will gladly work with you to prosecute this person. I have not been contacted by anyone regarding this matter.
I have been defrauded by someone and filed charges against them in criminal court (which is currently going to trial in Philadelphia) so I surely would not do it to someone else. I would not be surprised if that person is the one that put up this report since that was the phone number I had three years ago and was a personal number used for faxing and has been disconnect for a long time.
If this is a hoax you should be ashamed of yourself trying to slander me especially since I have dedicated my time, life and money in giving back to our troops in their families for the sacrifices they make for our country! Trust me $300k would have advanced our cause by leaps and bounds.
