Untrue Statements Regarding Level Ten Hosting

This particular client did in fact order an advanced hosting plan from Level Ten. This hosting plan is our Total eCommerce Hosting solution that includes much more than just basic hosting services. The plan this client ordered included a software application, a customized web site templates,  dedicated GeoTrust SSL certificate, one hour of labor doing installation of the software and a complete user manual.

This package alone is valued at $270 and the hosting package she paid for was $199. This is why in our terms of service it specifically states that the money back guarantee does not apply to the Total eCommerce Hosting Solution. Every customer that orders this package is made fully aware of this and there is not hidden fine print like this client wants you to believe in her report.

In regards to her complaints about customer support. Basically this client purchased a software application where she was entirely way over her head. She was not able to understand the simplest things on how to operate a personal web site.

We expect that customers who want to operate a fully functional online store at least have some working knowledge on how to use a computer and how to use the internet. In this case the customer couldn't do either. We sent her numerous online manuals to help her learn the basics but even this was to much for her. Within one week she started asking for her money back. But because of the fact she had already downloaded our software and there is no way to return a non tangible item we do not offer refunds.

We did offer again and again to help her get her site going and start with the basics of operating a online store but at this point she became rude and obnoxious and impossible to deal with.

Every so often we do get customers that no matter how hard we try to satisfy we cannot succeed and this is one of them. But filing a scathing negative report against us that is entirely not true is just wrong
