Unfortunately, my company also ran into the same crew Jack Smith/Walter Parsons/Corey Boddie who told us the same storie about Lighthouse Captial Developmen and Questus helping fund fledging businesses. They convinced us to wire $166,666 in advance fees to Lighthouse for a guaranteed $25 million non-recourse loan. These advance fees (which they identified as “underwriting fees”) were supposedly 100% refundable in the event that no loan was produced by Lighthouse.
However, Smith/Parsons took the advance fees and never produced a loan, and failed to return the advance fees despite repeated demands. We have since learned that advance loan fees are not lawful in Florida unless the entity a licensed broker. Lighthouse is not a license broker. We are pursuing all avenues of relief. We would appreciate the assistance of anybody that has come in contact with Smith/Parsons/Boddie/Ligthouse.

If Questus is real, then why not shout out the success and tell us your business? I now have contact with two individual that had direct contact with Javadi. They did not work with a third party. They opened their overseas accounts, deposited the "underwriting" fees and "hocus-pocus" the money is gone and no shares are sold. All have been waiting for well over a year without results. I also have one other person that worked with Walter Parsons and Jack Smith. Can you believe they are still saying, "just give us a little more time". Isn't one and two years sufficient if you're real and your product is real?

If fact, one investor was told that there is currently not a market and not sure there will be. So words have no meaning. You can say you're whoever you want and you've had success and whatever you state but they are just words without proof. Put forward your proof.
Here's my proof this is BS..I'm attaching a copy of the certificate that supposedly shows Lighthouse Capital Ownership. Now tell me. If this were a real company with professionalism, shouldn't the word CERTIFICATE be spelled correctly. This is just a piece of worthless paper backed by victim's money and no true value. Hell, I could make a certificate on my computer that looks better than this.
Now that we've all found each other, it's been interesting to share stories and characters involved. We've been talking to quite a few people. Hopefully this will all get REALLY interesting, REAL soon.
