Liquidation Warehouse Bait-and-switch deceptive advertising St. Charles, Illinois

I went to this store today to buy some books. I was told that the price of the books would be 70% off the listed price on the cover of the book, and more than that if I bought a lot of books. When I tried to buy a large assortment of books, I was told by another member of the staff that the previously quoted price wasn't going to be honored because he could make more on these particular books by selling them online. He instructed the employee I had previously spoken with to look up prices online and then put stickers on the book to reflect a percentage of the online price. Keep in mind that these were books on the shelves for sale at the store.
