Lol you think I'm gonna fall for this again? Y'all are the most pitiful excuse for a truck dealer there has ever been. It amazes me how you people sleep at night. I have had one problem after another. In the 4 months I have had this truck I have spent about 2 actually working. The rest of the time I set at home wondering how I would pay my bills. If only I had known the reputation you have I would have never set foot on your junk yard or gave you my hard earned money for a worn truck with more problems than one could imagine. I guess when the BBB has given you a F for a rating you can't expect much. If I had only known. It is sad to see you are still advertising the same trucks in Truck Paper you did 6 months ago. I believe there iks such a thing as false advertising. What are you to busy screwing people out of money that you can't update your ad. That is pathetic. My stomach turns every time I think about y'all. O by the way where are the mantinence records I was supposed to get? I will tell you where they are you don't have any. You have no idea what kind of product you are selling. You know nothing about mantinence records. Your company is built on lies from the false advertising to your forked tounge salesman. It disgust me to think of all the people who lost everything because of your company. And to believe you have the audacity to send me an email advertising your junk? Well let me say this unless you want to do the right thing and listen to an unsatisfied customer and make him happy then don't send me anymore of your pathetic emails as I wouldn't buy a truck if it were made made out of gold!!! You will pay for the way you treat people on this earth. All of those broken dreams you will answer for!!!!!! So the next time you talk some poor Joe into buying a truck from you ask yourself this............What if this were me? What if this were my dream? And how about all my family I have to take care of? Chances are you probably woulnt want to be Joe. What I am saying is if you have one shred of decentcy in you body then you will stop what you are doing and right this wrong. Mr. Normand,

I know that I am fairly new, but I have to say this or I cannot contine working here and I say that, even as bad as I need a job with a family, but I don't want to be a part of something I teach my children not to do or one of the reasons my wife loves me. The only person in the shop that has the honesty and character of someone to respect in Alberto.

We must address these issues from the ground up.  I know you want me to keep my head down on the internet stuff and I don't disagree but you need to invest real money on repairing trucks before they leave instead of showing everyone who walks through the shop one piece of used equipment that cost s $15K instead of $200K.  The maintenance records issue is a real problem it seems because when the customers ask for them and are promised them, they are told they will be given all maintenance records when they sign the contract. Of course, they just get the usual generic checklist saved on a comptyer desktop with their stock number entered at the top. I know that we cannot show them the actual records because even the really stupid ones would see that the money spent on the trucks is for appearance (tires, buffing everything that is chrome, new windshields). JB Weld and duct tape are temporary fixes to get the customer, hopefully, past the 500 mile line so that they are responsible for towing which is so expensive that we all know they will have no choice but to get the truck fixed on their dime (or thousands of their dimes).
