Lucky Brite/Vitality Smile offered whitening kit for 3.95 and 1.95 then charged account for a total of $197.00 unknown, Washington

Ordered a whitening kit as described by a West Richland woman and decided to try it out for the 3.95 and 1.95 shipping and handling charge only to have my account charge within the following few days of a total of $197.00.  When calling and speaking with Teresa with the company she apparently is the only employee of the company and was extremely rude in letting me know there was no uncertain way they would give a refund.  You asked for it and we sent it and then we charged your account.  Gave me numbers for cancelling future shipments but said good luck in getting us to reverse the charge.  First time she hung up on me and when I called the second number given she was the one who answered again.  Hmmmmm, imagine that.
