Ordered a suppressor from Tim and was told it was on order and that my paperwork had been submitted. Four months later I asked Tim for my suppressor ser# so that I could check the progress of my application. Never could get Tim to give me the serial#. Went through the San Antonio ATF office and found he never submitted an application. Confronted Tim and got the run around before he admitted the ATF had no paperwork for me. With support from the Lampasas County Sherrif's Office and the Lampasas County District Attorney I and a couple of other customers have been able to get full refunds. For people out there who have waited more than 5 months for a class III item from Tim this is what I would do.  Call ATF Records Tel: 304-616-4500 give them the serial # of the item and they will give you the status of the application. If a dealer won't give you the ser # you know something is wrong. A dealer is required to keep that info at his place of business by ATF rules. If your problem is with Lucy Creek first request a refund in writting. If you do not receive a refund in a resonable amount of time contact the following and file a complaint: ATF San Antonio Tel:210-805-2777, Lampasas Sherrif's Dept. Tel:512-556-8255, Lampasas District Attorney Tel:512-556-8271. Do not fall for "We have to cancel your order with ATF", there is no such requirement or paperwork. Since the sheriff has gotten involved almost everyone who asks for a refund from Tim is getting it quickly and in a polite manner.
