The company goes by the name of Luminous Engineering and Technology services private Limited, in New Delhi, India.

The company also goes by the name of LETS.



The company is manipulative and boasts of capabilities it does not possess, employees are not paid on time and huge sums of money are owed to the creditors.



Little attention is paid to the welfare of the employees and work ethics, they adopt illegitimate means to suppress any attempt made by anyone who comes to know of their wrongdoings and attempts to raise opinion about corrupt practices.

Employees are not paid their salaries until 2 to 3 months, and in case the person has to leave the company they never pay him.People are hired and fired at will.



The work they get from their clients is in turn given to temp and contract vendors who pay little attention to quality and people doing business with them are left with no choice but to accept substandard work or get it redone.



This is just for the benefit of the people who might fall victim to unethical practices of this company!
