MPM Property Management Company, aka Gregory Cueter, will not allow the following to take place regardless of Michigan Acts, Bylaws, Article of Incorporation:

- any co-owner to review their financial books
- the president of the condo association to run the annual meeting
- any co-owner to call their office; you must email, fax or write a letter regardless if you're able
- the date of the condo association's annual meeting to take place as stated in the Bylaws
- cooperative and informed customer service people working in the office
- the Board complete information in order to make an intelligent decision
- anyone to ask questions
- anyone to get the honest answer
- anyone to be smarter than him
- the property manager to hire his own lawyer and instead uses the Association's attorney to defend his negligent position on matters that are clearly stated and outllined in the Michigan Condominium Act of 1978 and the Association's Master Deed/Bylaws

This is so funny, I could never make this up.  Greg Cueter never gave my legal file, or probably anybody's legal complaint, to the new property management company who was hired to clean up dangerously-left situations go unmaintained for years on our property.  Unfortunately, I have my legal file, and all of Cueter's responses, along with the illegally-elected board members and their so-called "legal counsel", Wagner and Vollmer (what a joke!)  I think I'll bring the letter with me to our FORMALLY set annual condo meeting in April.  It's a wonder that there are people still around supporting Greg Cueter, but then again they don't have any of the facts or documentation that I have.  Stupid is, Stupid does!

ILLEGALLY ELECTED BOARD MEMBERS AT MILL CREEK

Funny how previously self-elected board members can mail out a flyer stating that the current legitimately-elected board members have nothing to stand on when calling the annual meeting back to its original date.  Yes, these self-elected board members decided that, for some, 14+ years of not following the election process makes them self-educated on what's best for all other co-owners.  They want to recall the current board because we went back to the original date we were always supposed to be meeting, and this is such a huge problem, for these board members who were illegally elected, of course.  Greg Cueter from MPM is bound and determined to run condo associations with himself as the judge, jury and executioner.  So, my questions is, "Where is all the legal paperwork from my litigation alone, that states you and the board at the time, simply decided to change the date of our annual meeting but forgot to include this in any board meeting minutes?  It's on a letter I have from your legal counsel that you just decided to change the meeting with a packed board of illegally-elected members.  Why you still have 2 of the worst kind of gluttonous subjugators on the board and they believe and spread lies.  Should I post the letter from Gregory Cueter, my board and my board's legal counsel stating that they just changed the date of the annual meeting because it was in Greg Cueter's best interest?  Why don't you  Greg Cueter followers ask for the file, or would you rather be the BIGGEST FOOLS our condo association has ever seen?! 

 

I think I will allow them to continue making fools of themselves and be Greg Cueter's puppets.  I will release the document soon enough, probably in front of every co-owner, at our REAL annual condo meeting in April 2016.

  • This individual and a small group have created a tremendous amount of aggravation and hardship for the community.  Eventually we could not tolerate her and a small group of individuals and chose not to renew our management agreement with the community. 

  • Please feel free to review a posting on the Association’s Facebook page (Mill Creek Condominium Community Events and News) or their web site (www.millcreekcondominiums.com) regarding these false accusations.

  • What a shame when an individual like this can cause that much hardship to the masses.
