I rented an apartment with Marin Management two or so years ago and was very unhappy with how everything worked out. I called the city to complain and they sided with me. The city wrote up multple violations on what was supposed to be a new renovation. The door on the apartment was supposed to be replaced. We fought for months about the door. The door on my apartment was in horrible condition and they replaced about 4 or 5 doors on other units in the 20 apartment building after I moved in but they left out mine. This is after they reported to the city that they spent a large amount of money renovating the apartment. These people wasted a lot of my time inlcuding right now, although I want to make this public and I will continue to update the report when I have more time.
I'm attaching pictures of the violations which can be seen at nyc.gov/hpd and also a picture of the door so you can decide if I'm being fair.

It appears I'm not the only one dissatisfied with Martin Hollander from Marin Management. According to reports (articles below), the board of managers of the Modern 23 condominium are suing the developer entity as well as Martin Hollander and others.
They are allegeding "a laundry list of defects" and “hundreds of bricks from the façade of the building’s chimney fell onto the roof of an adjoining building.”

I have no idea if they cleared them up since then. All I know is that I called the city to inspect my apartment when I was there and they wrote up several violations.

I don't understand why I had such problems with Martin Hollander, Evan Hollander and Justin Hollander while living at a Marin Management building. I think my father went to high school with Martin Hollander. I'm 39 and have no criminal record. All I do is help companies on the web and try to live my life. Not sure what I did to deserve this treatment. I'm going to keep updating these posts so if anyone want's to try and pretend like I did something wrong or I'm making this up, there will be ample proof to back up my claims.

I'm not sure who did it but when I was sleeping in my apartment someone came in and injected me with a needle in the hand. I went to the hospital you can see in the picture below. Was the person who did it able to get into my apartment easier because the door was so messed up? I don't know. It probably didn't help. Anyway, I will keep updating this report because I have a lot of more evidence I collected that I would like to share. I only have so much time per day to spend on this because my life is in shambles financially because of everything that has happened so I'm trying to play catchup. Thank you for reading.
The moral of the story is people can inject me in the face and hand, trash my apartment, at the same time my management company is fighting me about replacing a door and guess what? No one cares unless you have big money for lawyers. I want to state again, I have no idea who injected me in the face and hand, I do know that Marin Management replaced about 4 or 5 doors that were in better condition then mine and they they fought with me for months about replacing the door.
I have emails saved from Martin Hollander, Evan Hollander and Justin Hollander. I'll post them up here later when I have more time.
