Market Technologies, LLC Vantage Point Software Scam Wesley Chapel Florida

I tried the Vantage Point software, and what I determined is that it doesn't provide that much more information than you can get for free from stock charts or from services at a fraction of the price. I signed up for the services only knowing that there was a money back guarantee.  I would like to save you the time from signing up at all, because this is what you will get if you sign up:

1)  They will charge you $40 to ship a CD that they don't mention that fee in the sales call.  When you load the document and agree to the terms, notice that you are agreeing to about $500 that is non-refundable.  Also, you will have to but an addtional stock service to download load the stock data every day at another several hundred dollars per year.

2)  The software does not include all stocks, just some stocks in each category.

3)  They will charge a price for the software in whatever amount that they feel that you will agree to.  I have seem prices from a few thousand to seven eight thousand.  When you complain that there are not enough stocks available the tool, they will say that we just got more stocks in two weeks ago, and will try to sell them to you for a few more thousand dollars.

4) You will get training calls that are okay, but when you become dissatisfied with the product, and the trainer cannot convince you how good the product is, they will keep upgrading you to a higher pressure trainer to convince you.

5) When you asked to be refunded, they don't return calls or respond by email, so you have to keep calling until you can get someone to process it for you and expect more pressure to keep the product.

6) When you do everything that is asked to get the refund, expect to wait a couple months, before you get it.  Also, to get a refund, they make you sign a document stating that you will not disclose anything about your eperience with them.

In summary, this is one of the worst companies that I have dealt with and I hope to spare anyone from going through the three months of torture that I went through.  I wanted to share the facts of my experience that I wish someone could have shared with me, before I agreed to work with this company.
