Mary Jane M. Elliott,P.C. attorney at law lied and said they served me with papers to appear in court for a debt owed to chase credit card. The Court sided with them and said I failed to appear in court and said judgement was for them unless I filed a rebutal withen 21days. I contacted the court and asked them what the court paper work was for I didn't even know I had a court date they said the attorney swore under oath that it was served to a man and gave a description which is far from me at my address and a said time and I refused it. So I contacted the lawyer and they sent out a settlement for me but it also says its due withen 21 days payment in full and it is not what we had agreed on and it also says they can go after my taxes for the other debt owed for this settlement. This is a outrage!!
