Maryville City Police Department "Murval City PD" Poor thought process puts the public at risk in an already dangerous area known for poor driving skills, The Turnabout @ 5 Points Maryville, Tennessee

I'm not real sure why, but the "Murval" City PD is continually sitting inside the turnabout @ Everett Hill and East Broadway. 

This creates a very dangerous situation for drivers, especially those who are already having a hard time figuring out a "turnabout". 

The whole key of a "turn-about" is to be able to see the other cars coming.  When an MPD cruiser is sitting in the middle of the thing, nobody can see. 

I used to expect more from law enforcement but have come to the conclusion that in Blount County, TN, you can't expect much. We already have to deal with the poor driving skills and disregard of public safety concerning their driving habits.  I guess it's not enough that the MPD put the public at so much risk so now they're continually trying to cause accidents between drivers.

Hey, why not?  Then they have the excuse of thinking that somebody needs them to come out and do whatever it is that they do at an accident scene.  We've already seen a major scam concerning cell phones where the sheriff inflated his report numbers even though 5 or 6 cell phones may have reported the same wreck.  Last week in the paper, they were saying that they still had 4 openings for "School Resource Officers".  The same paper had an article explaining how the local BC schools were millions of dollars in debt.  The scams just go on and on in this local law enforcement community. 

BLOUNT COUNTY GOVERNMENT IS JUST ONE BIG SCAM ACROSS THE BOARD IN TENNESSEE.  I hope that the feds are successful in bringing these local crooks and criminals to justice but I haven't much hope.  These people have literally gotten away with murder on several occasions.  

BTW - MPD Chief Tony Crisp is the Blount County Sheriff's  right hand man.  Sheriff James "LAMBERT" Berrong controls pulls all his strings along with every other agemcy located in this county.  All they're both interested in is to keep the money flowing to the local corrupt court system that feeds the judges, DA's and Cops.  These people would all starve to death if they have to do something that involved "integrity".  It wouldn't be so bad if they didn't put so many people's lives at risk in their quest for power.

HEY MPD, PARK SOMEWHERE ELSE OTHER THAN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TURNABOUT when you take a notion to steal from the public and jam people up with tickets.  IT'S A COMMON SENSE THING BUT THEN AGAIN why would I expect that from local law enforcement?
