This company especially this location is rip off. I go there every month and have a massage and for two years I never missed any because they call me and remind me the day before.
Yesterday, they called me at 930pm and told me that I have a massage at the 9pm , and I didnt get their message until this morning and I called them back to see if I can rebook my appoitnment and use my pre-pay.. They said NO! and if I want a massage, they will charge me another $39 as a member fee since they used my prepay since I missed my appointment last night. I never get any reminder call the day before and they were saying that its only complimentary and they never do that to call customers..For 2 years of busines they cant even waived this incident for a good customer ---what a SHAME!!!!
As soon as Iget off my year memebrship I will never ever going to renew it and will tell all my friends and family not to get a massage or even do any business with this company.
