There are several complaints about John and Bill Judd on here, but I have even more. I contacted Service magic and not only told them who these guys were, but showed them on their computers who they were. They formally owned chimney solutions and american chimney and their names are right there on BBB and ripoffreport. Still the consumers are choosing this company unknowingly because of companys like service magic. The guy at SM told me, quote "they spend alot of money with us, so we will continue advertising for them" So does google and yahoo. The consumer does NOT educate themselves, and then screams when they get ripped off. Do your homework, people. How many times are you going to allow yourselves to get screwed before these guys are ran out of town?? They have had news specials done on them and have been sued over 100 times, yet they are still in business. They are NOT certified, and no company will insure them. They will continue to rip people off until YOU do something about them, period,
