I met with Junnie Sublett and Charles Sublett at a recent trade show. They sold me one of their over priced systems that cost me over 5000.00. They promised it was a show special and the greatest deal of all. They used hard core sales tactics to get me to buy and all the time promised me if I was not happy with the system or changed my mind when I got home not to worry I could return if for a full refund.
After the system arrived I realized how I had been pressured into buying their system and told them I needed to return it. Of course their reply was all sales are final. I reminded them of their promise that I could return they system and they said they never said such a thing. Junnie sublett is a liar, she told me over and over again I could return it. Mediak llc will do whatever it takes t close the deal and once it is closed they will not deal with any problems. They simply want your money and once they have they could care less about you. Do not buy from Mediak LLC, Mediak is a ripp off, Mediak will not do what they say they will do , Mediak is unethical, Mediak is bad for business, After being stuck with this system I finally attended my first show. Sales were awful. There are other personalized CD's on the market now being sold inmajor brand stores for 9.99. No one is going to pay their high prices to buy their products. The new video are also way too expensive. I found I could buy them much cheaper by going directly to the company that Mediak buys them from

I have just read this rebutal from the sales manager and am not surprised, Mediak LLC, and Junnie sublett will always try to make you feel like it is your fault, that they are perfect and can do no harm. It is just so wrong the way that they act and the horrible way they run this business. I have spoken to dealer all around the country and every one of them feel this company is a bunch of thieves and liars. The bottom line is no body should believe a work of what their sales manager would say and simply take a few moments to google Mediak llc and to speak to other dealers. I can see that there are other complaints on many other blogs across the country but I imagine there sales manager would say they are all wrong as well. Mediak LLC and Junnie Sublett can no longer run and hide because the internet brings us all closer together. it is the reason companies like theirs are going out of business

The only person we have sold to in Arizona was over a year ago and it would seem to me that someone would take that year to make their business work. I would also like to point out that $5000 for a computer system with software capable of making over 30 different personalized CDs and DVDs across 2,000+ names and start up supplies, is not an expensive business to venture into. This is a business opportunity and we do not promise anyone sales - that is up to you and how much effort you put into it. We never sell equipment contingent on anyone securing a certain location or show and our policy is that all sales are final. The contract that every dealer signs reflects that, however, there are exceptions to every rule and we have issued refunds under extraordinary circumstances.
