My husband was a victim of this company. See (((link redacted))) for a report we filed on the Bust-A-Thief site. They use hard-sell tactics and provide vague or outright false information to get you to sign up for a "work at home" program that will net you little or nothing. If you post about your experience, they will threaten to sue you for defamation. Check the Better Business Bureau's Phoenix web site; it is very enlightening as well.

Merchant Referral Solutions Loses Lawsuit

This is to serve notice that the aforementioned lawsuit filed by Merchant Referral Solutions against Wayne and Lisa Mallette (note correct spelling) was dismissed in Maricopa County civil court on March 16, 2010.
Do not be intimidated by lawsuit threats! Defamation suits are notoriously difficult to win, and if you post the truth, you cannot be successfully sued.

This is to serve notice that WAYNE and LISA MALETTE are now being held libel for false statements and defaming remarks within this forum. aka BUDDY and EUPHORIA and LISA. MRS will defend itself to the fullest extent as allowed by law. Any person or persons making false statements will be placed in the same catagory. We encourage you to read the case against Wayne and Lisa Malette BEFORE you make a post regarding Merchant Referral Solutions.It is one thing to be unhappy about a purchase you made but it is another to make defaming remarks towards a company which you did NOT purchase various marketing campaigns, etc. from.
