No matter what I write you attacker try to poke wholes in it. I say I passed a National Security Agency psychiatric check on July 15 and you say I need therapy....mada, nada, nada.  It's like lecturing to the waterfall running into my swimming pool. But he's dead!   This death though is for once explainable. He got himself too worked up.  (I was never able to get a word in after Atheist. I would say he was in his late 50's, obese, likely diabetic. And just prior he mentioned gout, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, high blood sugar. and a few other things I forget.

As a master machinist I suspect you are being modest. So how many patents do you have or just how many are you responsible for even in part?  I see through your smoke screen.  I normally do the same. I hold way back on what I am. In public, I usually tell people I have a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Pre-Law or Technical Writing, or a Master's i History of the Levant, American West, Incan's, Mayans, China, Mongols, Greece, Norse, England.   I hold back on my PhD in Physics and limit myself to admitting to only one or two degrees, not all 15.  People are less likely to call me a liar or mental.

Say David. What to you think of all the dead people with which I had bad encounters?  I have never been able to make sense of it. I have been an Atheist since age 6. But my mother always talked about me having a guardian angel when I was little. While I don't believe in god, i am beginning to believ that. Man, if so, I have a really bloodthirsty guardian angel. Who knows just how many he might have killed?  I must have had thousands in my life who caused me harm. These are the only fates I know about. It could be a cemetery bigger than Roseburg's is filled with people who have crossed me. Scarry to think what might happen if someone short changed me a penny. After all, who knows the cut off point where it happens? I would prefer no one dies. I would rather they mend their ways.

Again you display total ignorance. It is police policy to handcuff all detainees. I was not the least violent. If you didn't notice before, I am skilled in 5 martial arts. If the police found out about that they might have been worried. Fact is, had I wanted I could have killed both before they could have even unsnapped the hoods on their holsters.  And fact is with the protective government status I have it would be justified. But I really have wanted to be treated just like a common citizen. BTW, if you see missing letters, I have some peripheal neuropathy and it makes me often do that. The only way to avoid it is type slow and watch my keystrokes closely. If I don't I don't sometimes hit the key hard enough or hit a nearby key. And intricate finger functiond are effected. Other than that I have no problem.

I will add. Were I to look for actual employment, I couldn't even filp burgers at McDonald's due o the uninsurability problem. Even my private policy through Lloyds doesn't get around it. But under contract I am self insured, in fact bonded as well and have libility I actually have for those I contract with. I amso pay my own taxes and provide most of all my equipment and materials to my contract. Amonge other things I have my own laser, theodolite, planekator, ocilliscope, frequency generators, spectrum analyzer, internal and external supermik, AA gauge blocks, AA grade master thread and plain plugs, A Master threadrings, surface plates, Cesium time clock, ILS/VOR, IFOF and a whole lot more. All my equipment put together is likely worth between $75 and $100 Million. Transported in a temperature maintaining box van. At home in my lab wher the temperature is helt at 68 degrees plus or minus1 degree in 8 hours, at 35% humidity plus or minus 5%  Just thought. I wish I had kept the ferret in the lab. Just the right temperature for him.

I think I'll make a call and have that woman arrested on her job tomorrow and be there to watch her be put in cuffs, leg restraints and the shock belt, nearly forgot they will add a bicycle helmet. Sure hope there are others to watch. Unfortunately, they do not allow media crews to these  events.  I bet shewill regret she didn't resign as I requested. Again my attacker knows nothing. It is standard procedure throughout Oregon that a person is taken to the nearest hospital in the area unless that hospital is a VA Hospital.  Whether or not a person is a Veteran they end up in that hospital, not the VA.  Every attacker, rank and file, sticks their nose into things they kow nothing about when they attack me. The length of my posts apparently fails to fill in all the details to the ignoramouses. They just find another way to poke a hole in my reply and we have to go a few more rounds explaining things.  Yes, I can go to the VA any time I want on my own. But if the police have me, the destination will always be Mercy. The VA has a Mental Unit while Mercy closed theirs 6 or 7 years ago.  Ev.erything the police do here is ass backwards.  Even with my status I am susceptible to a complaint to my welfareas I live alone. Anyone can call and simply say I am suicidal and the police will arive. But from now on I will be using my National Security Trump Card from the Secretary of State. The next police officer ignoring it will be spending about 10 years in a Federal Maximum Security Prison. And they will be arrested by Federal Policewithin a couple hours of notification. And of course that notification will be immediate if arrested, and I am entitled to make a phone call if taken to the hospital. Guess who I will be calling?  With any luck, the officer taking me there will be double cuffed as well as put in leg restraints and placed in a shock belt. I was simply being nice before and trying to simply be treated like anyone else. But with all this nonsence I've had enough. I pity the next cop that tries this. Matter of fact, I think I'll make a call, have both officers, their watch commander, chief, Sheriff, the county worker that reported me, Nurse Crachett, and maybe a few othersarrested. Except for Crachett they should group them all in a cell together. And unlike me none will be allowed bail for National Security breach. Just a note t my attackers but you might not want to get me riled too much, as I could easily do the same for you without any reason except that I don't like you. All I have to say is you are a risk to National Security. No Bail, trial, and prison from 10 to life. It really is that easy for me.

Oh, again. While I am disabled like I explained, when I said I could not work that was a misnomer. I meant I cannot be employed in an actual job, but I continue on my own written 30 day to 1 year contracts. Nearly all are with the US Government or Military Contractors. So that other ignorant attacker must have thought I had been sitting on my ass and collecting enough money to pay over $850,000 in taxes from my disability or welfare checks?  Sorry but I don't think they pay as much as $2 to $3 million a year that way. Lucky to make more than $3000 a month that way I'm told.

So lets splice that loop here and send you back to what is probably about 200 mental evaluations where I am way better than normal, and the last evaluation on July 15. To which I'm certain you will appraise I am being delusional about that as well. To which I might reply, "How would you like to have free room and board, a few hours a week outdoors recreation, access to a library and chapel, and free medical for a few years?"  Of course that cot will be in a 8X12 cage with ubba and two others.  And the toilet will be a hole in the floor, but there will be a metal sink  Good part is the food tray will be passed through the drawer in your cage. Take that back, I belive they have metal toilets. They usually have nice scenery from the window. Recreation has weights, ball, gardening. Just to keep from going insane they have jobs in the kitchen, library, chapel, maintenance and other places. Pay goes from 35 cents an our way up to almost $2. So you can bank roll that for when you get out if you don't have to buy smokes for Bubba and others.......... or spend too much on vasaline or Preparation H. I believe you can have a TV in the cell now. Hope you are within rabbit ear reception area.

I was in Mercy Hospital in 1999 for a kidney stone and they padded the bill on me. In 1995 they murdered my friend by transfusing the wrong blood. In 2001 they murdered another friend by removing his gall bladder wrong. In 2003 they murdered another friend the same way. They had murdered another friend with the same gall bladder procedure in 1998. I believe it was 2006, Mercy Hospital closed its Mental Health Unit, declaring bankruptcy on that portion of their operation. No idea if anyone died as a result of this.

To my attackers, keep in touch. I would be interested in if anything happens. Of course the post here is unlikely to still be here 5 years from now.

Of course these deaths are probably just pure chance.  I just listed them as they are. I probably will remember a few more as I did that last one.

Remember I was released by a psychiatrist there in under 2 minutes. I have 18 doctors of psychiatry at the VA as well as 4 other outside doctors. One is a psychiatrist the others psychologists. None have ever said I was delusional. Several have said I was  the very image of the perfect man psychiatrically.
I do have that PTSD from seeing a man burned alive and being first responder on that plane crash. And I do have that depression due to my uninsurable arm which prevents employment. However, I do work on my own on 3 to 12 month contracts. And I do have it privately insured through Lloyd's. Other than that, I have a clean bill of health both mentally and physically. My brain has even been examined by MRI, CT Scan and CT Myleogram. It shows an amount of electrical activity some 300 to 400% more than normal they tell me. After I die I have granted permission my brain be further examined.  I had also been an orgin donor. But with my 62nd birthday, they no longer want the parts. I had been a match to be a bone morrow donor, but the girl was 6 days late. I still donate blood every 59 days or so. I sure would like to know the outcome of people receiving my blood. I still remember giving 2 pints in surgery to a dying F4 pilot and he was on his feet 2 days later, though in castsand splints. Then there was th dying in surgery pancreatic cancer patient that receivedtwo pints and was in full remission two weeks later. My blood aswell as other tissues have been of interest for studies. ut I have never heard of the findings. But every now and then I am contacted to give blood by various hospitals. If their timing is right between my regular donations I give them some. Usually 2 pints. Those first to they didn't do this. But if I give 2 pints now, they replace my loss with saline. I should mention I am being studied on the impossible curing of something like 6 medical healings. Best interest is those two replacement molar teeth in June, that didn't appear on the x-rays in the previous October. And the ulnar plate in my arm with 9 screws is now missing 2 screws and some of the plate has been dissolving. The bone itself is completely healedand as expected has extra calcification where the break once was. And I broke my left knee cap when I was 15. The x-ray can no longer detect that. And of course my lens inplants that were 20/15 and 20/20 are now better than 20/05 which has the doctors puzzled. They also examine my 102/52 blood pressure and 46 pulse, extremely low cholesterol, low normal blood sugar, extremely high testesterone and other extremly good test levels. And I eat a considerable bit of meat and dairy. In fact that is probably 90% of my food intake. Only on the treadmill, I run 4:55 miles with a 6% incline and my pulse never gets to 100. I forget what my oxygen level is, but that finger clamp that reads it says 98% when I complete the mile. The clamp reads 100% prior. They do some tests when I lift 600 poundsto just above my knees, as well as when I lift 1250 pounds with my shoulders and squeeze285 pounds with my right hand and  145 to 155 with my left. I'm not even as high as a normal 25 year old man on about anything else. But then I'm 63.   Oh yeah, they also measure my right hand Dim Mak blow which registers over 1800 foot pounds now. Back when I was really practicing Dim Mak at age 24, it was just 685 fp. And they measure me when I high jump 4'8" Broad jump, I forget what they measure, but think between 17 and 19 feet. Running of course. I can't hit my old 2235 reading rate. It's now something like 1100 to 1200.

Thanks for your input on me getting psychiatric help. But I have been receiving just that at least every 6 months since I was 18. But other than stated it was just for government security checks and asa test subject. Every time, maybe as much as 200 mental evaluations, not only am I normal but extraordinary. Remember I once armed 432 of our land based ICBM's. They wouldn't have had me doig that if I were crazy as that more than enough to kill everyone on the planet. On contract, I still have an Utra Top Secret - Pentagon - Whitehouse - Nuclear - Cryptographic - Only clearance with the US Government. I doubt they would give me that if I had even a hint of mental illness.

Back in high school I ran very consistant 4:17 miles. I high jumped 5'10, (I was 5'8")set both the state standing and running broad jump records. I also nearly broke the state shot put record setting my high school record. In the Army in grenade practice, I would consistantly knock the head off the center target, even at as much as 40 yards. There was also a challenge to throw a grenade past a line of trees. I knew that trick, the branches would launch it back. So I threw side arm, keeping low and won the six pack of beer. Dummy grenades of course. Can'ssafely do that with the real thing.

But when people attack me it requires all these details trying to explain things.   Besides that incident at Mercy my last full profile psychiatric by the National Security Agency was on July 15. If that doctor saw that, it would explain the under 2 minute release. I know the government would give a brief diagnosis, but only superficial. Actually, I could have pulled my trump card and stopped this nonsense. I have a card from the Secretary of Defense saying I should not be detained and may possess exotic weapons and other items in connection with National Security. (No this is not a CIA card and it does not conect me to any agency. The card is pretty much printed like money with a embossed eagle and bundle of rockets as well as a holograph) Funny, I never even thought of using it. Last time I did use it I was pulled over in my car. The officer wanted to check my car. I had a trunk full of weapons. I showed the card, but showed him the weapons anyway. He told me he didn't even know such items existed. All they were was rocket pistols and rifles. Nothing larger than .78 calibre. The one rocket pistol I like to take scuba diving. Great to use on sharks. And it gives12 shots. Unlike a bullet a rocket travels straight under water.

2004, a neighbor was constructing a highway across my property with a bulldozer, beginning work at 3 AM. He installed a boxcar bridge over our creek and was filling i the creek. Day 4 or 5 I had his served with a cease and desist order. Fish and Game served him notice they were going to take to cort. FEMA was going to take him to cort. But he defiantly continued. The next week, on Saturday he was crushed to death under his bulldozer but discovered several days later. That had been in July. In ovember, the creek flooded out a couple dozen homes from his work causing several million dollars damage. My property was not damaged except for his highway. I sued against his estate andwas awarded $325,000.   He owned a gravel and cement company.  I guess I have VuJu or something working on my behalf.

If you are attaking my posts, you might want to consider what has happened to these direct contacts who died from crossing me wrong. I have no idea what happens to people I don't know about that have tried to cause me harm. There was that one that asked my forgiveness and recovered from Stage V kidney cancer. That might work again, or simply be a incredible stroke of luck.

My rife in the Andes fire fight was not a M15, but an M14. It was a Springfield action with Remingron barrel and stalk.  I was using tandem bullets gut forget the weights, though both were boattail. My rifle was sighted i at dead zero at 500 meters. Their M16's wereineffective eyond300 Meters. I would pin them down with suppressive fire. The canteen was worthless as it frozesolid so I tossed it and ate the snow.  I also had 18 cocaine leaves to aid in altitude sickness. My dress was late 60'sArmy with filed jacket without a liner. No gloves and a slouch hat with ear flaps. You can't begin to imagie how cold it got. Antarcticawould have been warmer in July. After destroying the LAWS tube i tossed the rockets. Too much weight and couldn't be used against me.  i really could have used snow shoes a several times I went chest deep. o wood, but sure wish therewasas I could have used the heat. You said in your initial post that you were taken to Mercy. Why would they do that if they know you're a vet and are being treated at Roseberg? They have both an emergency room and a mental health department. I can only surmise that if you were taken away in handcuffs there was some anticipation of you becoming violent

You said you were at Mercy for 4 hours, yet your pet died?

The psychiatrist cam in and signed my release in under 2 minutes. A psychiatrist wouldn't do that. Ever.  There's no way he can evaluate you in under two minutes unless you're unconscious and he decides just to admit you (which apparently wasn't the case).

I have had no complaints with my arm since 1976 and everything was fine until Nov 1988. I can do anything anyone else can and likely more. But cannot work due to it.  If you can do anything anyone else can do, why can't you work??

I suspect that you'll have some kind of answer to these comments, but I won't be responding any more.  You are in need to serious psychiatric help. That's not something you'll get here on ROR.

Yesterday the other officer had the jack slip ans he was changing the tire. His hand or arm is injured, but I do not know the extent.

I figureda way to get even without going to court.  I filed a complaint with the Sheriff's Department, challenging them to come to my place unarmed. Because I will have only the two arms I was born with. If they come armed, they will prove they are cowards.  I'm not going to be intimidated by police nor government.  Much more than my education and strength, I regard my courage my best attribute. I wrote my sheriff's department thanking them for destroying what is left of the Constitution and a lot more. I was laughing so hard writing it my ribsached. For it's length I believe my finest work. But same as my attackers here, police lack intelligence. Did you know if your IQ is over 125 you will berejected as a patrol officer?  They want policewho mindlessly obey. I inquired of the two police officers how they handcuff a mute. Same as my, behind the back. Major problem is mutes speak with their hands and they have to be in front. I don't keep track but certain I pay more in sales tax than your income. It is not beyond probability I pay more in gas taxes.

While I have never designed a thermonuclear drive engine before, I do hold 4 patents on conventional rocket engines. 2 liguid fuel, one using liquid oxygen/liquid hydrogen. The other hydrogenated hydrazine/liquid oxygen. The other two are solid propellant.

You demonstrate ignorance when you say antidepressants take 2 yo 4 weeks to work. They take 6 to 8 weeks to begin seeing signs of improvement. And they work only 30%  of the time IF ad WHEN they find the right one. Antidepressants are only that effective on depression anduseful for no other psychiatric illness.

However the comments about me being delusional, I have yet to received that from anyone with a Master's Degree or beyond in any scientific, historical or academic field.  I find the lower the education level, the more likely people are to attack me that way. Most have no more than high school. It thins considerably with a Bachelor's. Though people taking easy courses to obtain theit Bachelor's are ofte no better than high school.

I guess you all gor  your Doctor of Psychiatry at medical schools better than Harvard, Yale, and a few crummy American universities like they attended.  Looks like you win with your more recent diagnosis too. I was last checked out as100% normal on July 11. I guess I have gone rapidly down hill.

My problems result from having an IQ of 179. I can attain a maximum reading speed of 2235 words per minute. I sleep only 3 hours a night. I graduated both high school and community college when I was 14 on the same day. I had my first Bachelor Degree at 17 which was my only triple major degree. I have a PhD in Physics, Nuclear, centered on Quantum Mechanics. Besides the PhD, I have a total of 14 other  Bachelor's and Master's Degrees. More than half co-majors. All Degrees are Science, not Arts.  So I am completely out of the range of other people. If you detect I am narcissistic, you are correct. But most of all I want to share all this with others. especally those that are not as fortunate as I am. I know it's nuts. But when I studied ancient religions (master's degree on double major from University of Wisconsin of Madison, ) they tell of mortals becoming gods. I am an Atheist. But I believe there is something to the story. And since February, I believe that may be happening to me. nstead of getting old and dying, I will get better in every way and simply vanish.

The VA cop I had the problem with committed suicide just 3 or 4 days after the problem. I have never had an enemy go so soon. I have never hated more than two at a time. This time there are 3. In fact it could be more like a hundred because i now hate nearly the entire sheriff's dept.

Yesterday I received the first traffic ticket in my life. Expired tags. You know why? The hospital incident prevented me from putting them on. The new tags and registration were in the glove box. The bitch cop cost me $35. So she is definitely #4 on my hit list.

Get this. From 7:30 to  3:30, I attack dialed the VA to complain about yesterday and see if they could legally assist me with a lawsuit against the county. I have yet to get through and this has never happened before. There is a remote possiblity there could be many dead as there are only about 15 at the VA I don't hate.

Get this! i was at the park today and met a German couple. I have three years of high school German and two in university. Within 5 minutes they said I was speaking like a native but chaing dialect between Bonn, Hamburg, Dusseldorf ad Mainz. I only learned Bonn.

Then I met a Russian couple and they said I was speaking Russian like a St Petersburg native. I took Russian for just 8 weeks in high school and it was Moscow.

Then I met a woman from Malyasia and she said I was speaking Malaysian fairly well after about 45 minutes. I didn't know a single word before.

I can't figure what is going on and have been seeking doctors to look into this. Every medical condition I ever had is correcting. I lost two lower molarsabout 20 years ago. June 1 they were growing back and they were't there last October. I know every tooth you will ever have are there prior to age 12. I'm 63. A couple days ago I read the eye chart and I am better than 20/05 in each eye. I had cateract surgery on both nearly 15 yearsago and they were 20/15 and 20/20. It is absolutely impossible for artifical lens impants to improve over their manufacture. I feel like I'm going out of my mind with all these impossibilities.

Here's another. I have a memory of being in my mother's womb and not wanting to be born. I have a memory of visiting the Library of Alexanderia and reading two scrolls. One in Babylonian the other Egyptian. I learned to read Babylonian at the university. But learned no more than 15 words in Egyptian. Another couple problems. The library was completely destroyed more than 2000 years ago by the Romans. And where i was when read about 850 BCE. And Alexander had not been born to give the name. And the memory tells me Egypt was then ruled by Persia. This isn't eve the half of it. Nothing makes sense. I read another wood tablet in Inca in Cuzco Peru. And I sure didn't learn Incan.  I am recalling names without exception. It is like a slot machines wheels and when they stop, there is the name. If that isn't enough. I am at the walls of the city of Uruk in 2200 BCE. There is a water clock that reads seconds and minutes. Though the count system was 60, how do I come up with the date? Jesus had not been born to have BC. And at Uruk they have some sort of battery powered lamps. The lamps are constructed of some sort of beetle. These details are for far more than I could manage to describe. And there is a machine like a spider with 8 legs made of iron  and bronze. Strangely it is operated by 3 men. I could understand them operating 6 legs but what operate the other two?

BTW, with the Egyptian date that seems to be related to eventsrather than calender.

Another I walk to Anarctica and it is about 65  degrees with a wind from the east and cloudless. there are evergreen trees, gras and birds but no mammals. When was Antarctica green? 12to 15 million years ago.

I need to also add that on the way home, I attempted to put the seat belt on but it was unuseable. The squad car was doing 108 on the Interstate, The one cop told me seat belts were not required on the rear seats of squad cars, only front. So I guess they want people like me to die. For being so callous, I want them to die. And at that speed the driver was almost constantly on his cellphone or computer. And I detected one tire was very well out of balance. Therewere several loos screws in the window bars that out of boredom I tightened. And there was still the smell of vomit and urine on the seat beside me. Though not wet I could still see the stain. And the right seat cop held his fingers in his ears from the sound of wind from the open windows. I guess they were too stupid to put them up. And the squad did have an air conditioner. My analysis of the squad was that  it was soon destined for a mechinacal breakdown due to engine and chassis noise. Both were pissed off at me and still belive the woman that caused it. I saw on the computer they had entered I was planning Suicide by Cop. I never said or implied anything of the kind and asked him to enter that I would never do such thing. He refused to change it. And basically implied next time the sheriff's come to my home it will include their sniper. Or at least officerswith guns drawn.   The only things that would imply anything like that is that I am a Benefactor Member in the NRA, Distinguished Expert with the M-14 and once did exhibition shooting with Colt SingleAction Revolvers. There isa long standing honor code with all NRA members to never use a firearm in the commission of a crime. And I stick to that code. So I guess they turned my abilities into a threat.

I guess you can now see why I was requesting a group to improve my communication skillsas this sort of thing often happens. Just look at my other posts. And everything happening to me is utter nonsense.

I need to add. Both sheriff's officers who took me to Mercy in 2008 are now dead. Both drove off mountains in separate accidents about 18 months apart. If you read about my encounter with a VA Officer recently, he is also dead by suicide. I believe I may be on a roll. Because I am wishing both of these officers and the woman dead. I just may have Karma working on my behalf.  We shall see how this comes out. Hopefully, all three this time by pancreatic cancer.
