These people has been playing games with me for several months now. I first was talking to lesa fouther starting 3/11/12 and was told she will sell my tickets to someone so i could get a refund. Mrs fouther told me she was going to have her lawyer draw up paperwork so i could be refunded on 6/30/12.
On 6/29/12 mrs fouther stopped excepting my phone calls so i called jackie thomas who sent out reshedule letter. She inform me she is not responsible for refunds to call michael or lesa. I went to his website and wrote him that i needed a refund. He ask me to send all emails his wife had sent me and i did. He said he will review and get back to me.
After weeks of waiting mrs fourther emailed me and said "will be back in the office on 7/9 after the holiday. I will be glad at that point to have my attorney draft the agreement as i suggested i would do several weeks ago. Thank you lesa." This was sent on 6/29.
Later that same day michael fourther sent me this "first if you had read the terms and condition i think you might be alittle informed regarding your right to a refund, if any. As i stated in the email i sent to you plus previous conversations, i will look it over. The nature in which you are communicating with numerous phone messages and emails, it is on the boader of being harassment on your part. As a stated before to you today in the email."
All i want is my $1000 i paid for a service i never used and I'm harassing them because i want my $ money back. I also called carnival cruise and was told they never scheduled any large groups for either date i was given. Michael fouther has responded to another report and said refunds were sent out its 9/25/12 and i still have not received my check in the mail.
I have all emails that i sent and all emails sent to me from lesa fouther, michael fouther and jackie thomas

I can't believe Mr Fouther is lying to the public about giving refunds and that they are on schedule. Michael Fouther and Lesa Fouther has been evicted due to NONE PAYMENT OF RENT back in 2012. These people are illegally using 68 n venice blvd in venice ca as there business address. Please, dont trust these people. There website is already geared toward scaming people in 2013. www.stolentamborine.com is the website used to scam people.
I paid for the faith evans family and friends cruise 2/12 and i still have not recieved my money back. Mr Fouther keeps senting emails every 90 days saying your refund is still on schedule. If you have been scamed by this couple call the irs to make complaint. They have kepy are money and has not filed taxes on it so we can get together and have them arrested for tax fraud and for scamming us. Please call me if you need any help at (((redacted))). I will not stop until these scam artist are put in there place.
