Michael Park is a fraud and a con man.  He takes jobs as an attorney but is not licensed to be one.  He often asks for the highest paid positions in a company and does nothing to earn his money.  He is lazy and defrauds anyone he works with or for.  Michael Park thinks he is smart but in actually he is very stupid and unproductive.  He spends his time at work when and if he shows up mainly working on his personal business.  He is the worst kind of con artist.  People who count on him never have a chance.  He is only there to manipulate and steal a check.

Everyone that has ever worked with him realizes he is a phony.  He even faked his wedding so that people would believe he was normal.  He conned his own family and friends with his fake marriage.  Michael Park does not ever even sleep in the same room with his fake wife.  He is a terrible person who will turn on people who have helped him if he thinks it will benefit him.  Please ask for references before you consider working with this fraud and con man.  Michael is being sued for many bad deals and has not been involved in a successful deal in a long time.  He is out there looking for new people to con so beware.  He will come across as nice and potentially smart and helpful until you get to know him.  You will end up hating him like everyone that knows him or has done business with him.

AUTHOR: Michael Park - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 21, 2012

This is not the only location where my character has been impeached online. All such occurrences, however, are tied to my employment with two companies under the common control of an individual now under investigation for questionable business practices. It is my assumption that such posts were made by the individual to whom I am referring.

Prior to my accepting employment associated with this individual, I considered myself fairly shrewd in detecting bad intentions. I now realize that theres always more to learn in this regard. This experience has been an education, one that anyone is likely to receive if theyre in business long enough.

I think it is safe to say that everyone who knows me in a personal or professional capacity would claim that I am forthright in all regards and work intelligently and in earnest to further the success of every project with which I am involved. If desired, I can provide probably a hundred or more references to that effect.

In the meantime, if you found my name or my wifes name here, you probably know one of us (or have recently met us), and have our contact information. If so, feel free to ask us about this post for further explanation. Well try not to bore you.

It is unfortunate that online kiosks like ripoffreport, scaminformer, pissedconsumer, complaintsboard and others have created an interesting opportunity for anonymous users to defame individuals and companies with impunity.  Under the Communications Decency Act, such websites are insulated from liability for even provably defamatory statements posted by their users (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ripoff_Report).
And, because their users (those posting defamatory statements) may post comments anonymously in a nearly untraceable manner, such posters are also insulated from liability for defamation because their identity is effectively undiscoverable. The upshot, is that such websites, commonly acts burn boards, and have become safe places for the unprincipled to make false claims to harm a persons (or companys) reputation. And because such posts are stored and never removed from these websites, the harm from such defamation is ongoing and perpetual.  Even worse, because the websites are comprised of user-generated content, Googles search algorithm ranks them highly in its organic search. Consequently, if you search Michael Park Las Vegas, youre likely to be led right here. Perhaps Congress will eventually recognize
such online complaints boards for what they are and amend the Communications Decency Act in such a manner as to prevent their ongoing use to perpetrate defamation.  But that is a challenging proposition and there are far larger problems that Congress needs to get to first.

All the Best,

Michael Park

A good man...

I have known Mike both personally and professionally since 2002 and have a very different opinion of him than the previous author. I have been friends with Mike since 2002 (still am) and have worked closely with Mike in both an academic and professional environment. Mike has good values, is very bright and has a strong work ethic. Mike is an attorney however he does not hold himself out as an attorney in states which he is not licensed. Mike cares a great deal about those around him (assuming they are of good character). Mike rarely holds back however. If someone is out of line, for better or worse, Mike will call that person out on the carpet. Maybe that's a flaw, maybe that's a great trait, I don't know. But I do know the previous article is offensive and most importantly, not true.
