Sometimes some incidents teach us a lot of things and Michael Shemtoub and his car rental company Enterprise Car Rental have recently played this role in my life. Let me share a story of a scammer and a fraud car rental company with you. 

On 10th February 2011 I called Enterprise Car rental for a SUV. They entertained me politely and
bring me to their garage to let me choose a car. I chose my desired model and filled up a form with all information they required and paid them the advance money. I had to hire the car the next day of my booking. First, the did late 1.5 hours of the schedule time to reach my place and what car I received was not that I booked. It was a bit damaged unclean model of another company. When
I asked them the reason, they told me that the car I chose is already booked by someone else.

I had some hurry, so without arguing with them any further I took the car and started journey. After
traveling 4/5km. we faced some technical problem in the car and we repaired the car through my own money.

The next day when I retuned them the car, they show me such a face that I stole their car and sold that in the market. The bill I received was including an insurance charge and a big amount (they called it compensation) for damaging the car.

Well, what should I say now? You cant imagine how a service provider can harass its customer for money, we were threatened by a local mafia that if we dont pay the money then we have to
suffer a lot.

This is my recommendation to all of you who are residing in Berlin and planning to rent from Michael Shemtoubs Enterprise Car Rental company that DONT WASTE YOU MONEY on them. They all are real mafia; they will steal your money.
