My promblems began with opensky.com and purchasing products through them from ginger chi; an online web store.  I had previously done business with ginger chi on their web site with no problems; aside from emails that were sent regarding orders and shipping times.

 When I began to purchase ginger chi's items from this big online web store called opensky.com thats when it became complicated to say the least!  OpenSky would send emails daily to my email address with discounts that had to be used within a specified period of time.  I took advantage of the discounts; but the inflated shipping charges pretty much eat away a the discounts that were given!  The merchan with opensky would have one charge for the first item ordered and then another charge for a second third item and so on.  For example there would be a $5.00 shipping charge for the first item; then $3.00 for the second item; but the shipping prices would vary with each item.

  I found the inflated shipping charges very troubling; especially when the weight of the items being shipped should have had a direct impact on the shipping charges!?.   I began to send emails to ginger chi about the shiipping charges on their free online store on opensky and they informed me that their prices were being "ruined" by selling on opensky and I guess thats why they charged more for shipping!?

.  The  ginger chi team was nice in the beginning; but as time went on and I had issues with products ordered, paid for and received I became a "problem" that they did not want to deal with!?

.  I asked that the owner or manager to contact me and her name was Ana and she was very professional and accomodating in her email response; even offered me a free shipping discount code for their web site; not on open sky; which she did not honor as she refused to sell to me - shortly after she offered it!?

.  To make a long story short the owner and her team at ginger chi just got tired of me contacting them about customer servivce issues and refused to do business with me.

I tried ordering an item that ginger chi had on ebay and it was canceled without my persmission and I was blocked from being able to buy from them; all because I sent them an email through ebay regarding customer service issues and how ebay operated and that they took care of the buyers and sellers in a fair manner; not at all like opensky's poor customer responses!.

 I also tried to find another retailer online to purchase the ginger chi product line; as some of the items  I needed for health reasons and that is where michelle and her online store  hibeautiful.net became involved.  Had I know that michelle's  store was drop shipping the ginger products they were selling; well I would have never ordered from them.

 I placed my order on hibeautiful.net and it took 5-6 days before I was refused service, a refund issued and the owner stating that she and ginger chi; based upon my past experiences with ginger chi decided that it was best not to do business with me.  Ginger Chi accepted the money transferred to them by michelle at hibeautiful.net and michelle stalled in getting back to me regarding the shipping information that I was waiting for until today - the woman basically lied to me over the phone the day before saying she had the shipping information and was emailing it to me; well I figured after about an hour or more and then calling her cs number and sending an email that they were withholding that information from me.

 Michelle also invalidated her own online order processing time that was printed on her web site.   I have never been treated this way online by any merchant and it is so discriminating and disconcerting to be treated in this manner!  Very bad business practices and poor, poor cusotmer service!/

I am not going to argue with you or anyone else on this forum; except to say that you don't know me or about these situations - you are responding in a general sense - thats it!  I really don't care what you think or what you care to respond to on this forum!  Out of the abundance of a persons heart and mind come the issues of their life!  So stay in your own sounds like "nasty backyard" and not in mine!  Until you are able to walk a mile in my shoes - butt out!  Your opinions mean 0 to me!!

 It doesn't matter if its online or a brick and mortar store, THEY have the RIGHT to refuse service to anyone for any reason. YOU may not like it, but it IS their right. YOU are what is called in the retail world a P.I.T.A. customer. Which is short for Pain In The @ss. YOU are the type of consumer that no amount of hard work and customer service is going to satisfy. YOU find ANYTHING wrong just so YOU have something to complain about. Now to show YOU how bad YOU are, these are people who deal with customer complaints DAILY!!! THEY deal with people yelling and screaming at them. So for them to go as far as completely blocking you from ANY purchase on their site, YOU must have made a ROYAL scene. YOU "claim" that THEY have poor customer service, well they get to deal with someone who is a POOR CUSTOMER!!!! YOU are the problem. Had you kept your complaining to a socially acceptable level, then YOU would still be able to order from them. BUT!! Since you just couldn't keep your mouth shut, well then they choose to no longer do any form of business with YOU ever again. How many other businesses have you been chased out of because people just don't want to listen to YOU any longer?? If its even ONE, YOU must look at yourself and take a hard look at the way YOU interact with the world.
