ok. lets get started. im a tech in smallville usa  ga. wow look at all these terrible things people have to say about micor. and for people who want to wonder what smallville usa is its just a figure of speech to not reveal my location. but lets get to the point obviously the people who are talking about micor has worked there for less than six months and (1) you were to f*king stupid to do your job. right and got fired or (2) you couldnt hack it as a tech. plain and simple. now you have nothing better to do but talk bad about micor communications. ive been working for this company for about 8 months and the only thing i have found wrong is the sign on bonus. other than that this company has been a walk in the park show up do what you need to do,make money and go home. the only way your not gonna make money is if your a sh*ty tech. your fault no one else to blame ive come to realize the harder i work the more points i make and it gets better and better every day and make exactly what is promised and more on any given week i make anywhere between $1000.00 and $1400.00 after taxes. yeah its long hours and customers can be shitty but its part of the job,get over it. the paycheck makes up for it.Mr.JUSTICE. great guy. if you have a problem go to him i know your not suppose to go over supervisors heads but he will try his best to handle the issue at hand. "way to go buddy keep doing what your doing, its obviously working. you have got this far". micor is a great company to work for.over the past month our division has been taking over by new op manager and a redneck side kick who will remain nameless everything has managed to smoothly. way to go guys keep up the good work. so to end this on a positive note, unless your just a sh*ty tech or employee who wants to come to work and do your job and you'll have everything that was promised or you can be one of these people who have been fired on be behalf of you just being a slack a*s has been tech who couldnt hack it. and has nothing better to do than come to ripoff report and write stupid s**t about a company bc you couldnt handle your job and got sh* canned? and.wanted to come to work and do what you thought you had to do just so you could draw a paycheck for a couple of hundred dollars and say it was the companys fault bc you were to slack to do your job and make some major points. shame on you youll never make it in the real world. you'll always be a "has been". GO TEAM MICOR. were like TOP GUN. were the best of the best so those who cant handle it,need not apply, go work at Mcdonalds and flip some burgers.

Expect to work hard but get paid well.  Do your jobs correctly, keep up with your equipment and do good quality work and you have nothing to worry about.  This is a ripoff website. Not a grip session about what we have to do on the job.  Ive left this company twice only to come back.  Why did I leave?! because I was promised this or that.  Now I know.  at least theSE people keep it real.

This is the worst representation of an employee. I am appalled that you would think this is ok to promote your company in such a manner. It seems as if YOU will be the one flipping the "Burgers" if you do not learn a better way to represent your company. I also wonder if you are still employed with this company. I know people that have been with the company much longer than you and in the end had or have the same opinion that the company is not a good company to work for. The company seems to have a high turnover rate as they treat their employees like machines. This may be a great company for some, but I believe this job does not cater to, whatsoever, family men. If you have a family and wish to be a part of it, this may not be the job for you. As far as "shtty" techs, the new guys do not get proper training. You may have been lucky or had previous experience but the new guys are taught by disgruntled employees usually and are ready to leave the company. It is unfortunate at how the management is hired. I have personally observed managers becoming managers due to other leaving. That doesn't make you qualified to be a manager. If you stay with the company long enough you will quickly be promoted to manager due to the fact of the turnover rate. I have observed people that should have been fired be promoted to manager simply because there wasn't anybody else. I have a very strong suspicion that the rebuttal I am typing will end up in the hands of exactly one of them. I wish the best of luck to you all. Micor staff and Doug, I recommend making the hiring process a little more informative of what your expectations are of your new employees. Tell them they will make money but they will most certainly earn every penny of it. Make them aware of the long hours, etc. I believe you will give people the opportunity to decide in the beginning if this is the right opportunity for them.
