I have asked repeatedly to be removed from their email SPAM list to no avail. I have reported them as SPAMMERS to their domain registrar as well. They do not follow the law in regards to email marketing.

This alone makes them highly unethical. I would never do business with them.

Buyers beware, if you do need a loan modification, there are MANY companies out there who are only out for your money. Try your own mortgage company first, and if they won't work with you directly, (Most will these days.) then be sure to take the time and spend the energy to find a reputable company.

This one ain't it!
