My Marine Mechanic This Boat mechanic Charged me $238.00 for electrical and when i went to pick up my boat nothing was done! Hollywood, Florida

 After reading the ad on craigslist about My Marine Mechanic LLC services i went to the place of business in hollywood fl to "get the starting system on my project boat re-wired but with the existing wires it already had installed. Later on i recieved a text from the mechanic stating that my fuel injection has a short in the computer and needs to be replaced and that my engine was seized up to the point where a 5 foot breaker bar and 250 pound man couldnt move the crank shaft and that im also 2 hours into the boat at 238.00 total so i just told him to stop.

a few days later i return to pick up my boat and not only is my boat not wired like i payed for ,the fuel injection on it was even more unhooked than it was when i brought it in and nothing else wired or even re capped for any kind of connection. when i asked the owner/mechanic if it was wired up to start he tells me " Nomatter what i do , the boat motor will never turn over or run again" and tries to sell me that i can buy a motor from him for 3000 if i like and toss it right in no problem but insists that my motor is locked up and will never turn and it will need a sledge hammer to get the pistons out of it etc etc...

so i shell out the money very upset but quiet about the crap service because i wanted to punch the guy in the face honestly. So upset, i went home , and spent my last 50 dollars toward this supposed locked up boat motor and poured some oil in all cylinders waited an hour and with a 18 inch crow bar between the crank bolts the motor turned over just fine. basically i just got charged 238.00 for the mechanic to look at my project boat, stare at the electrical nightmare,talk a bunch of crap, try to sell me some stuff i didnt need and then charge me for his magical invisible electrical services that are still not done to this day and i have to try to find another marine mechanic that isnt trying to rip me off.
