N FL Concrete Flooring and Staining Nationwide Concrete Does terrible, sub-par, unprofessional work and becomes threatening when you don't want to pay! Internet

I called this company to come out and install stained concrete floors in two rooms of my house and refinish my existing concrete floors.  The owner/representative, Marvin McGhee, came out and gave me an estimate and started the work the next day.  He did a terrible job:  He was supposed to remove the existing carpet and put a concrete overlay, but he did not remove the carpet glue and just put a thin layer of concrete right over it, resulting in rough, raised ridges that will cut bare feet if walked on without shoes.  He then did a terrible job trowelling the concrete on, not filling in pits and leaving huge gashes from the trowel.  The stain went down right over this poor refinishing job, and then he epoxy-coated everything without cleaning the dust and construction debris from the floors, thereby sealing in all sorts of dirt and debris that cannot now be removed.  He actually refinished the rest of my existing flooring the same way and ruined those also.  When I said I didn't like it and wasn't satisfied and pointed out these issues, he became agitated and threatening, so I paid him to get him out of my house and away from my family.  When I later sought my money back, I found out he was using a bogus business address and he sent me a text with obscenities in it and told me to not contact him again.  He then posted pictures of the interior of my house online, of the existing flooring that he did not do, and passed them off as his own.  Do not EVER hire this person to do any work in your home or business!
