NBRC Construction took money, no roof. no return calls. Tampa Florida

This company showed up to our door. As a widow with no savings I was relieved to hear that I could get a new roof with no financial obligation. They contacted my insurance company and once I recieved the money I gave it to NBRC. This company kept rescheduling and then eventually never showed on the date the roof was to be put in. They are not returning my calls or calls from my insurance company. 

I now am being dropped from my insurance, am expected to pay the money back to my insurance company, and have to pay out of pocket for a new roof (I am a widow with no savings) if I want insurance again. Even though the insurance company (nor myself) never even realized this this companies business license expired years ago, this company is still scamming thousands.
