brought a computer from Super Walmart in January with that I purchase a warranty with walmart for 68.00. A couple of months ago the computer started giving me problems i called Walmart Extended warranty to see what they can do. They told me the wrong thing when they said they will send me a computer.
But the computer will be refurbished i brought a brand new computer for 498 dollars and i wanted it to be new. So Walmart said they couldnt send me a new one. So i wanted to cancel the warranty. They told me i had to write a letter and send a copy of the original receipt i did what they told me to do.
The following week I got a letter from the company NEW(Correspondence Department) saying they needed the original receipt and send it to National Electronics Warranty.This company send back the letter and the copies of the receipt. I mailed off the original receipt thinking i will get it back. [continued below]....

Thank you for contacting National Electronics Warranty (NEW). I apologize for all of the aggravation you have experienced with your warranty service. Regrettably, if your original receipt was sent in to process your cancellation there is no way for us to send that back to you. The receipt has since been discarded of. Also, since the warranty that you purchased has already been cancelled and refunded to you, any check that was to be issued for reimbursement of the computer has also been cancelled.

I have had a bad experience with your company pertaining to my Walmart Extended Warranty on my computer. I cancelled my warranty because i did not want refurbished items so I cancelled my warranty. Walmart told me to send in a letter plus a copy of my receipt i did that ;Walmart send it back saying they need my original receipt. I received my check for cancelling the warranty but have not received my receipt. Walmart told me that i cant get my receipt back i have been arguing with them from day one. I am stuck with a broken down computer with no receipt. Then they told me on 09/28/2009 that i will be receiving a check for my computer after i waited for the check and it didnt come. I called them and Dana who works for them said she made a mistake and i will not be getting the check. Because i cancel the warranty with them i would not be upset if I could get my receipt back. Also the check they said i would get that is there fault they made a mistake. Whoever I a dealing with giving you and Walmart a bad name I just want my receipt and the check they said i would get. I have talk to everyone and no one wants to help me Walmart or you should honor what was told to me. If i had to take legal actions against you and Walmart then so be it. After this Walmart doesn't have to worry about me shopping at there store anymore .
