I have tried to contact this company numerous times and not a word back from them. The next step is to fill a complaint with our State Attorney General...whatever good that will do.
At this point I would like notification if the product has shipped, or when it will ship, or what the process is to get our money back.

POSTED: Tuesday, January 08, 2013months. When our inventory arrived we had to ship over 3000 Kinkajous. As of today 90 % of those orders have shipped. By the end of this week it will be closer to 98%. The remaining are related to issues like people moving and or people providing non valid address. Please give me your order number and I will
