We ordered a bottle cutter in November expecting to have this product by Christmas. They did post on Facebook that they weren't meeting their shipments had been held up in customs but they ship soon. About a month after we had our product ordered and paid for the company offered priority shipping charges for those that wanted their product sooner.

I have tried to contact this company numerous times and not a word back from them. The next step is to fill a complaint with our State Attorney General...whatever good that will do.

At this point I would like notification if the product has shipped, or when it will ship, or what the process is to get our money back.

I apologize if we did not get back to you. What email address are you sending these to? We make a point to respond to every email we receive.  This is a new product and we have been taking pre-orders for 5 months. When our inventory arrived we had to ship over 3000 Kinkajous. As of today 90 % of those orders have shipped. By the end of this week it will be closer to 98%. The remaining are related to issues like people moving and or people providing non valid address. Please give me your order number and I will get back to you right away.
