Nascar Trackpass 4 years of unauthorized renewals! Won't stop renewing. Auto Deducted again from Paypal! Daytona Beach, Florida

Nascar Trackpass a scam!  Anauthorized renewal and denied refund!  Don't think you are buying just one season or a month.  They never stop billing.  Fraudulant CC may be only way to kill the renewal deal.

Look at the answer (below) for our request to stop a 4 year old league pass ripoff from NASCAR!  $80.00 from our bank account via paypal.  I called them and the nice lady said no problem. Two days later I get this BS.  Notice the subscriber agreement says NBA. When I opened it the EULA was and NBA document not NASCAR.

Not enough money to sue them but enough to piss me off.

  We have further reviewed your request for a refund and based on our Terms of Service (https://account.nba.com/subscriberagreement) we are denying your refund request.  You will still have continued access to your account and TrackPass service throughout the remainder of your commitment.  You will receive no further billing. Our Trackpass products are continually enhanced to    create a better experience for NASCAR fans.  We hope you will use your subscription to enjoy the many features the product has to offer.
