Nation 1 Electric Service Inc. Refused to Fix Work and Were Very Rude West Palm Beach Florida

I hired this electric company to check the work of a friend that performed some electrical services. He checked it and said it needed additional work. He charged me more than 600 dollars. My 2 friends that know electricity said that I was taken for a ride but Im not positive 100 percent but I do know this:

After the work was done,the same day my tenant reported that  a switch on the wall to the fan that he worked on did not work when previously, it worked quite well. The owner of the company told me to tell the tenant to use the pull cord on the fan. She should not have to do that and anyway, she cannot reach it. I told him that it should be fixed and he refused saying that my tenant "Will always complain about everything anyway"

My husband called him to find out who the owner was. He said his name was John Carew and he was the owner. He told my husband "You have 30 seconds to tell me your  name or I will hang up"

In conclusion, they were very rude and unprofessional, and not provoked by us. We feel that they are out to make as much money as they can and they do not care if something they did needed re-fixing or not. 

I would not recommend this company at all.
