National Freedom Group Teri Benson mortgage fraud Irvine,, California

Teri Benson, from the National Freedom Group, (a fraudulent company), promised to modify mortgage loan with Wells Fargo. Contacted me on numerous occasions by telephone that they will reduce the interest rate and all I had to do was to was send $1995 and the government grant would cover the rest. She said she knew that money was tight for me, but if I could come up with this money, then the payment would be lower.  Everything was taken care of,  Fast forward, Wells Fargo never heard of this company, never spoke with anyone, and in fact this is a scam, they would have lowered my interest rate at no cost!!!  National Freedom Group, you are despicable!!!
