Neptune Society Horrendous customer service San Pedro, California

All the reports about terrible customer service about Neptune Society is absolutely true. They transfer you from person to person, nobody wants to take responsibility, they put you on hold forever and they are absolutely cold and uncaring.  My husband's cremation was delayed for about 3 weeks. Regardless of whose fault it is, they should at least call to inform the loved ones of what is going on. When a loved one dies, there is so much to take care of and you do not need to be chasing Neptune Society down with where your loved one's cremated remains are. Neptune is so large, they lose the personal touch. Also, they have plenty of cremations, so you will probably wait longer for your loved one's remains. You will be much better of researching and going with a local funeral or cremation service near you. It will probably cost you about a third of what Neptune charges. Always ask for what is or is not included. Neptune Society gives a good speech about no extras but there always will be. Their left hand doesn't always know what their right hand is doing. It is a business with no heart. For a funeral or cremation service, having no heart is deadly for business. Do not support Neptune Society! My experience is absolutely fresh. My husband passed away about 3 weeks ago and dealing with Neptune Society has been frustrating and heart - wrenching.
