New Dawn Industries,Inc. Peggy Martin Check is in the mail,& then put a stop pay on the 2nd Kissimmee, Florida

I met Peggy Martin Thursday Sept.13th 2012 in the McDonald's at Champion's Gate she gave me the slips I'd need to have filled out in the event in Deland's Anti Bullying on Sept.15th 2012.Which I was informed I wouldn't be getting paid for gas for my time & travel only the filled slips, I had to get over 57 of them then my cards would be worth $1.00 a piece.I was told to quickly get these slips filled out the less the people read on the card the better you are, time is money , money is time the more cards you get the more you get paid.  Well, my day's pay turned out to be $230.00. She claimed she put my check in the mail. I waited, normally mail doesn't take long to arrive so I called her, she claimed the check was returned to her it was sent to my home address not my post office box. By this time I had put out 14 boxes throughout the area where people would fill out & drop in the box, I'd of had to use my car time & gas for free, I was not feeling at comfortable about this, I worked one more event for her due to it was close to the house & I'm desperate for a job, I went to the Lakeland SPCA opening house event on Sept.22,2012. I got 100 slips the pay would be $1.50 slip, the total for that days pay would be $176.50 she paid me with check #003.

I told Peggy I had enough of this, I need a job but,I was a nervous wreck, ripping off people is not a job for me & I wasn't going to go to get slips weekly.  I had gone around & picked up all the boxes & would meet her to give her all her boxes & to get my 2 pay checks, which the $230.00 check #105 which if the check had of been mailed it would of been in the envelope it was mailed in.. NOT & $176.50 #003 that check was handwritten in NDI,Inc & the check # same account numbers at the bottom. I'm not accustomed to taking checks I didn't get her driver's lic # & Birthdate.

I  told her I was done & wouldn't be having anything else to do with her. BUT, I had a check to not clear which my bank account was charged $10.00 & now, my bank will run the check one more time I had gone to the local police department to file a report, I was informed I had to follow procedure, the police dept gave me her bank's phone number & the teller informed me Peggy told them she paid me cash on that $176.50, well Ms.Peggy I have NO money & you have no reciept to say I was paid.

Fortuntalty there's a middle man who works for American Income Life Insurance which introduced us & I'm not letting this drop until I get my $176.50 now plus the $10.00. he knows all the mess this has caused me. I'm being promised this Friday Oct.12,2012. I'd get my pay. I truely hope so. I have taken it upon myself to call & inform Family Events in the Central Florida Area to be aware VERY aware of this New Dawn Industries,INC. Peggy Martin, she's a scammer in the worst way.

First preying upon those of us who really need a job & then the unsuspecting families that are thinking they'll get some nice safety kit for their kids, they QUICKLY fill out their information, name address phone # & then they're told in a couple weeks someone will be contacting them to see if they're still needing the kits. What that's all about is a telemarketer will be pestering them to set up a time when the kit can be dropped off, BUT the telemarketer is asking questions such as are you married will your spouse be home, do you work, do you have a bank account?

At the end of the day at the SPCA event, I approached a lady & she said NO way she got loud she said she was called & called & then asked all these personal questions. & then to get rid of the insurance agent was impossible. I felt so bad for her. All I want is my hard earned pay. $176.50 + $10.00 where it didn't clear my bank I'm not even asking for the time & gas wear & tear on my car which should of been somewhere in the calculation. She's a scammer & needs to be exposed. Peggy Martin you'll need to go to another state.
