I own a pool plastering business based out of central NJ. I was contracted by Nirvana pools to do some pool plastering
work. Initially I was optimistic that Nirvana pools was going to be a good new customer, that was until TJ Prizzi and his
partner Thomas Chernack reneged on paying a balance for services rendered in excess of $10,000. I sued them, won a
judgment, only to be told that they had numerous judgments against them (15 and counting as of the day of this posting).
I'm amazed that they are still in business, TJ Prizzi and his partner Thomas Chernack are a disgrace to the pool building
industry. More importantly they are disgraceful human beings. There are many good pool companies in NJ, Nirvana pools &
Spa are not one of them. Stay clear.

So now you result to name calling...."Jerk, idiot" .....what an intelligent and thoughtful response.... Based on how Nirvana, TJ Prizzo and Tom Chernak have conducted themselves I shouldnt have expected anything else. Your response speaks volumes about the type of person you are. Nirvana has had at least 15 + law suits and judgments filed against in the past few years....I ask you are all of these honest, heard working folks wrong ? Your assertions that you lost $200k due not being paid for a pool is patently false, this is nothing more than a poor attempt to try and deflect the fact that you have and continue to defraud contracters and consumers alike.
Your statement that Nirvana pools is no longer in business, is also another lie, I have recently seen advertising for Nirvana, as such if Nirvana, TJ Prizzo and Tom Chernak had any moral compass you would pay back the numerous folks you have defrauded and caused untold hardships and stress. I am not a vindictive person, however I do believe in Karma....what goes around will come around and I hope and prey that they/you will get yours. Nirvana, TJ Prizzo and Tom Chernak have and continue to conduct themselves in a despicable manner, if you dont believe me just Google them online.....or go to the local MT Laurel courthouse and enquire about all the law suits etc they have had against them. Its public record. Do yourself a favor under no circumstances consider Nirvana, TJ Prizzo and Tom Chernak for any type of pool project.

Everything that is being said about TJ Prizzi and Tom Churnack are FALSE!!! They are GREAT people who got put in terrible positions themselves. They're company, Nirvana Pool and Spa, completed a $200,000 dollar pool job in north Jersey. Those people NEVER PAYED THEM!!! This caused a domino effect of Nirvana not being able to pay other contractors. Sorry if you lost 10k but they lose 200k plus they're busniness you idiot.
