Why dont you file a police report..go confess to attempting to buy stolen goods.

So you think you are buying expensive speakers that are stolen from these clowns work and when it turns out that they sold you junk you play the victim.  

The reason these scams work is they imply they are stolen or come right out a say it  IE Boss gave too many boxes in the shipment. You cant file a complaint because you thought you were getting a deal on stolen goods. Yes buying stolen goods is a crime and you were willing to commit a crime for a good deal. This is beyond wilful blindness.

You were being a d****ebag and got beat at your own game by other d****ebags. When someone breaks into your house please dont complain. You are willing to buy stolen goods so you are in the game.

I GO FOR A WALK HERE IN OCEANSIDE CA DAILY.  I HAVE SPOTTED A VEHICLE WITH BOXES OF THESE SCAM THEATRE SYSTEMS IN THE BACK.  ITS THERE EVERYDAY MEANING THIS JACK OFF LIVES THERE.  IF ANYONE HAS BEEN SCAMMED IN THE AREA OF OCEANSIDE OR NORTH COUNTY SAN DIEGO OR SAN DIEGO OR LOS ANGELES ETC.  I have run into these guys before selling the home theaters. While I understand some frustration by some is like to ask, who of you actually plugged the system in? I did and I couldn't be happier with mine! I paid $400 and I absolutely would do it again! Idk why done odd you are so upset but I assume because you read some bs someone else posted. You buy something on the street someone might get a better deal than you and sometimes yes someone will get screwed over but you Taher that chance vying something out the back of a truck! These guys are just doing a job.

Hello my name is Derrick, this also happened to me! But through my own detective work I found out who these guys are and who the truck is registered to. I also have more information on these guys I'm just wondering what to do with it.

just got hit by this scam myself, 2 guys tried getting me for 800, luckily i didnt buy it, but he did get it all the way down to 100 and informed me that his bosses son is a tool and if they brought it back to him he would take it and sell it. they had paper work in hand and seemed pretty legit, after review of this site, i had called authority on my phone and acted like i was checking my account, local PD showed up and began to harrase me, (Not the men confronting patrons with false product). And the men got away! White F150 2014 edition in Frisco TX!! One guys name referred to as Nick and the other was Patrick but Patrick did not have a tail and they were both white males ruffly 35-40 yoa. Claim there store was in coppell and the truck they are driving does not belong to them but there bosses son.

Two Hispanic man approached me while I was at the ATM and they asked me to buy some of the products off the back of their truck I pulled over and got out of my car to look and see what they were talking about they were home entertainment systems they try to convince me to buy them and were so willing to bargain because of a mistake in the order they also said that because the warehouse going to be checking them going in and going out they wouldn't be able to hide any of the materials for themselves so that they could flip it for profit I proposed that they give me two of the entertainment systems I'll hide it in my truck

I'll contact them after I get off of work and for a couple of hundred dollars they could buy for me and then flip it for a larger cost they declined saying I don't know you I said will how about I give you my ID that has my address on it and you can come and meet me after work they told me that there's too much to lose in that it's easy to get another ID for $15 I said well give me your number and I'll contact you after I'm off of work if I have someone who's willing to buy they reluctantly gave me their number and drove off very quickly I was very suspicious so I looked at rip off report and was very happy to see that I dodged a bullet. Thanks a lot I really appreciate you taking the time to inform us of this scam.

 I wish to thank the person who posted this scam, I almost got ripped off! !! Two men approached me as i was leaving Walmart in Houston TX and gave me a BS story how he drives a delivery truck and the person loading made an error and gave him 2 extra surround systems. To prove the quality of the unit he scanned the Barcode with his phone and showed me a website selling the unit for over $2700. He said he can sell one unit for $400 and both for $600. I decided to look up the brand on amazon.com and they did not carry the brand. I did a Google search and saw this Rip Off report. So I told the guy I did not have enough money. After several attempts to convince me he dropped the price to $200. At that point I just got into my car and left. When I got home I saw a youtube video with the speakers containing a cement-like substance. So once again thank you for posting this report!!!

These van scamming has been showing up around San Jose area, help others to report them and prevent loss!!! Nolyn Acoustics and similar/unfamiliar speaker brands are mostly fake, watch out guys.

 dad came home with home theatre so i decided to look for it online and saw the scam report.. Opened it up and it was accurate no cables cemment inside.. He had been stoped coming out the bank in moreno valley ca he packed everything up and found them and got his $ back!!

 I got scammed for $100 , this guy with a man bun /ponytail hopped out a white truck as soon as I got out of the bank in east LA and was selling these home theater sets and like a sucker I couldnt pass up a deal like this , , and a few days later I decide to look up this brand and I came across this video and it shows a guy that had opened his speaker up to find out there's cement in it so I do the same to mine and sure enough it had cement in it too , let me know if you came across the same guy and have his contact info

The exact same thing happened today to me. We we're in the parking lot of the Sam's Club in Linden, New Jersey, putting our groceries in the car when 2 men in a minivan rolled up to us and told us the exact same story ... About how there was a screw up in their order and they got to keep the extra speakers, and they were selling them to make some extra cash. The box was unopened and the box itself looked legit. He he even showed us the website on his phone, which looked legit as well. He said it was worth $2700 but was offering it to us cheap because he had to move it. Long story short, we bought it for $300. When Howe got home and opened it up, the speakers were all individually wrapped and that looked legit as as well. Except there were no wires to connect anything up with and when we opened up the speakers, the were full of cement. The web sites links don't take you anywhere and the web site lists no contact info. 

I feel like an absolute sucker. This is a straight up white van scam. Punks got me. This is a very good, well organizd scam.

SO this scam is in Socal as well, Chino speciically His story was that he an installer ffor Bufalo Wild Wings and he had to bring the equipment back but he would rater sell it because the son of the owner was going to take it and sell it. He ) id his name is Patrick, here's the number he called me from. (407) 283-8288. He was hanging out at the Valero Gas station on Central & 60 fwy. I went on the webbsite for Nolyn Acoustics. There's no phone number or email address. The company apparently is in Germany and when you try to send an email thru their contact link nothing happens. This sucks because the package looks very legitimate all the way down to the warranty info inside the box.
