Northern Tool and Quantum Shelving FOREVER TO SHIP AND SUCH POOR FABRICATION OF PARTS, YOU HAVE TO GET REPLACEMENTS Internet

I ordered quantum heavy duty shelving from notherntool.com on 9/25/09 and told I would receive my product in 11-16 days.  On 10/14/09, we hadn't received product, called and were told that northerntool would need to contact manufacturer.  On 10/16/09, still with no response, tried again.  On 10/22, tried to cancel and was told it was shipped.  On 10/29, registered a cancellation order.  Product arrived 10/30 in an oversized truck that couldn't get in my driveway. We had to have a friend unload from big truck, place heavy product (600#) pick-up, bring to my house and unload. Then, when we were putting parts together, fabrication is so bad that we can't fit parts together for two of the units, the metal fasteners for the shelving is opposite of what it should be.  When I called to get replacement parts, northerntool told me that they have to contact manufacturer.  I tried to contact manufacturer and was told to leave a message.  I am leaving a message all over the internet.  Please save yourself the money - VERY EXPENSIVE.  It looked less expensive compared to other products but NOT worth it.  At $189.00 per shelving unit, save yourself time, aggravation and money - buy at HomeDepot where you can just go down and return it.
